It definitely makes sense that Olympus will eventually be involved in Horizon's lore. Since Horizon's future self indicates that the Phaserunner is a necessary key to travelling back in time to see Newton.

Honestly, I'm just hoping before season 21 in a couple of months that they just remodeled this character. Because honestly the face not bad, but everything else is just blind.
Conduit is nothing like any existing character. Closest comparison people kept making was Wattson, but as someone who mains Watty, they are nothing alike. Alter is different as well, as there is no character that lets you walk through walls and closest comparison to her ult is maybe Rev's old totem or Fade from the mobile version of the game.

The bigger danger of using the time gauntlet is creating a world where she never made the time gauntlet, or a world where she never had a reason to, creating a paradox, but we do know for a fact that theres a multiverse in titanfall (cause of wraith) so if the time travel runs on multiverse theory, everythings peachy, otherwise..
If I remember correctly in titanfall-apex universe there's no "time paradox". You don't change yourself when changing past. Maybe I'm not right cause I don't remember how everything went in titanfall 2 mission with this time gauntlet
@@zatupich again that would imply multiverse theory time travel, the time gauntlet did show changes in the present when tampering with the past, but its unknown whether doing something more impactful (as a popular example, killing adolf) would cause your motivation to do so in the first place to disappear causing a paradox
also note, whether or not cooper can remember for example, killing a enemy in the past, because had they died in the past, the him before he went back in time and killed them in the past would not have encountered them thus not endeavoring to kill them in the past, causing a paradox
This would heavily suggest (alongside the wraith cinematic) that multiverse theory is what time travel runs off in titanfall/apex, as multiverse theory implys you hop backwards in time in an alternate world, then travel to that worlds future (the present) and enjoy the spoils, repeating this process with every instance of time travel

That time Gauntlet in Titanfall 2 was fun as hell to play with.
For about 13 seasons, Olympus is seen falling, my guess is, is that it is our Olympus that explodes over broken moon, but there is also something that might debunk this theory since it looks like Olympus is falling over another city maybe somewhere else on World's Edge...
And if what Horizon is saying about time being a closed loop, then maybe she is the one that invents Timetravel that will eventually be used by Cooper in Titanfall 2
How will her wall-tunnel work, though? Can enemies use it? I wonder if they'll nerf it to be a one-way trip. Being able to go back and forth through it sounds pretty strong. If enemies can follow through it, then I guess it'll be balanced though.
It is also likely that the leaked abilities are not her real abilities that she will have in game something simular happened with catalyst where her leaked abilities were also different then her abilities now
If time travel work, will be fade are coming soon? Cuz he flash back ability seem similar to time travel as well

i am NOT sure if that lore about time travel is a good thing, because that is going to be MORE than just defficult to understand and everything is gonna be a "what if" question
So, will you be able to see the other side of the portal or will it be a blue void like a Wraith portal, and you will not know what awaits you on the other side? That's my biggest question and the decided factor on whether it's a good tactical or not. IMO, if you can't see what's on the other side, this doesn't seem that useful.
So the big question I have would be the choose a side if octane would get the most kills in Apex what would happen then and the teasers of altar any idea when it wil start to show in the lobby?
It feels like were having a time loop already, horizon will either build her own gauntlet or use the one in the museum, than whatever happens when she is trying to find newton will lead to anderson getting the gauntlet, then cooper getting the gauntlet, then silva, octane and lastly horizon getting it and starting the loop again

Horizon did say that a time paradox (or something along those lines) wouldn't be good. I can see Alter being a corrupted version of horizon who went insane from the time travel/alternate dimension and is not stuck in this one, but, of course to make her stay, Alter see's twisted ways of stopping horizon from getting back. Maybe she knows something Horizon doesn't.
Ima stop now because Ima end up making an entire lore for someone who isn't released yet. But Respawn better make her lore great because her abilities are. . .alright on paper.
