Awesome video, Nathan. You can't stress enough the IMPORTANCE of Preliminary Checks. It's CRITICAL to ranking. In fact, they are THE "foundation" of SEO!!!
Thanks so much for sharing this, Nathan! The level of detail in your on-page SEO checklist is fantastic. It's exactly what I needed to make sure I'm not missing any crucial factors.
Was just looking in the description for this spreadsheet. Scrolled a bit more and Boom! Just found your channel today and just finished work at 12:30 PM Located in Florida! hope to find some real knowledge and learn how to market and complete these services im wanting to offer and learn to make money freelancing
Thank you for creating and sharing this content. I find extreme value in your knowledge. I wish I would have found you before I purchased an SEO course from another program. Thank you again, keep up the great work.
Hellow sir, I appreciate your efforts and generosity. It seems really very high quality content, as I am new to SEO. But, YES, I want to get this checklist. I am really enjoying SEO journey with your videos. Thank you very much for such a genuine and valuable SEO insights.
Hi Nathan, a quick question regarding covering topics. Let's say for example the term 'skims dress' has a search volume of 86K and there are several other long tail terms like 'skims dress dupe' for 4.2K etc. So for such short and long term tails, do you target all terms in one post and avoid keyword cannibalization (because the skims dress comes up) or do you ignore the short tail keyword 'skims dress' and target all the long tail keywords in separate posts as long as they have a search volume of say 500 or more?
Hi Nathan, You previously mentioned adding variation keywords to H1 tags (Checklist), but in your blog suggests using the primary keyword in H1. Please clarify which approach we should follow.
You should use the primary keyword in the H1, but it doesn't have be the exact variation like "personal injury st louis." It can also be "St Louis Personal Injury Lawyer." Just make sure the core phrase is appearing
good video but the point that click my mind. does NLP really a ranking factor now. i know in term of topic coverage and depth it gives you an edge but now adding NLP to page like if you are using surfer seo or any tool? please explain or make a dedicated video about it. that would be a big help.
Love the vid! What is the specific significance of the page being live for over 60 days? Is that a large enough time period for the page to have ranked (or tanked)?
What does 14 and 15 mean? A "variation" of your keyword? And does it have to be a variation, or is that optional, can you just put in the same keyword as URL and meta, etc? Thanks for the video
already downloaded the template. What if my client has already uploaded 1000+ of products on his Shopify? How should I search for the keywords? Should I optimize it per product page or per collection? Multiple products fall into that keywords. Example: I have 3 products, chocolate bunny couple, chocolate bunny mom and baby, chocolate bunny standing, this is under Easter decor collection. Niche is Statue. The appropriate keywords for example that I searched with good SV and KD is "chocolate bunny", how can I use this keywords if it can be used by my three other products?
No I always update the actual publish date to be current - it seems to always provide a freshness boost. But I only do it when the content has been upgraded
For future website/blog builds, if we do everything perfect and with ethical optimization in mind, we should be ok and the site should prosper? Also, can you do a video, or better yet, interview someone who has a successful directory site that hasn't t tanked yet? Are directory sites still GCI resistant?

So is the date shown on the post the Updated date? In the backend it has a Published date of October, and Google can see that original publish date?
No I always update the actual publish date to be current - it seems to always provide a freshness boost. But I only do it when the content has been upgraded
There's nothing on the Rankability website. Just a request for demo form...

What extension have you used to check url, meta description or title? Can anyone tell me the ex. name, please?
The Detailed Chrome extension.
Kyle Roof said if you have the keyword in the title, H1, URL, and META title, that’s 60% of SEO.
Hard to argue against that!
Checklist
great thanks
You are welcome!
How to get it to rank if it not. What do you do if it’s not passing these? How do you get this checklist?
For future website/blog builds, if we do everything perfect and with ethical optimization in mind, we should be ok and the site should prosper? Also, can you do a video, or better yet, interview someone who has a successful directory site that hasn't t tanked yet? Are directory sites still GCI resistant?
Content helps relevancy but authority will help your website prosper and rank.
Hi Nathan, whats the purpose of checking if the page is older than 60 days? I love your videos. Thanks.
Just to make sure we've given it enough time to perform. Usually at that point, the page will have stabilized with its ranking
Why can't I delete the free on-page seo checklist from my Google Sheets.... and why are there 2 annonymous viewers
