Absolutely, avoiding those mistakes is crucial for any SEO agency's success. One thing to remember is that client retention is as important as acquisition; make sure to regularly communicate results and adjust strategies based on their evolving business needs, which can significantly reduce churn. Keep those clients happy and they'll be your best advocates.
Thanks for great advice (as always) Nathan. I am finding SEO challenging and I am glad I can always reach for your content when I am stuck. Carry on being amazing ✨️
2:55 You are absolutely right about this. I bought a course and I discovered I lack the cash to implement everything in that course. So I had to pause 😅

Hi Nathan thank you very much for the great video - I'm a bit stuck here... I live in Germany but I'm not really sure if I should target the German or the USA market. In Germany still, so many Business Owners are so conservative when it comes to SEO and Online Marketing... But going after clints in the USA from Germany might be as well a stretch...
I am also targeting the German and Italian markets since i speak both languages. Honestly I thought they were good markets to target given the fact they are very backward. What specific objections do you find?
@@silviazac7492 Hi thank you - I'm just not sure if the German Market is open for buying Leads aka Rank and Rent. I know that in the US and UK this is working well... But so far in Germany I only know from people on social media who try to generate leads through social media ads... But not with SEO... I guess I just need to try it in Germany and see what the Business owners will say...
@@eduardleppur I am not familiar with the concept of rank and rent but i believe if you can prove good SEO results for niches that can best profit from SEO in terms of direct client acquisition, german companies would want to work with you. This is my goal. I plan to target specific niches, the classic local sectors with high value per customer acquisition. Clients ultimately want revenue, not traffic. This would be a bigger sales point for me to show the value of my services.
You make it sound easy to generate 10k/month for SEO services, but how is it possible without proper experience? Experience gained from own websites or a job that ultimately generates a documented source of revenue or traffic.
I apologize if I make seem that way because it isn't easy and most people never get there. But everyone who has, started with no experience (including myself).

Building systems are really important as they help in getting one step closer to your lead before you even meet your potential lead/client in person.
