In all my years of trying to piece together my perfect house with the little bit of schooling I have in design/architecture, I’m always knit-picking and wishing I could combine houses I find. I think I have finally found a house that checks off everything. Great video.

Haven’t even finished the video yet but I have to say I LOVE this house!! The woodwork, the unexpected places, the secret staircase, the nooks and crannies, everything is just so cool. The attention to detail is outstanding.

What is the area past the garages on the left. Seems to be partially underground? Was hoping for something cool like a gun range, but it will be ok if it's as simple as HVAC or pool plumbing.
Is there a working elevator or did the previous owner never install? Seems like one should go down to the wine room.

This is my fantasy dream home.
The original owner priced this home well over 15 million, if not 20 million. This home with the acres in Bel-Air California would be over 35 to 40 million. Easy!

The wine cellar looks like a dungeon. Not my style of home at all. Not into the medieval look and feel of the house but nice thorough walkthrough.
Perfection. The "boys" room was my least favorite. And I'm a mid-century modern fan; generally.

Updating the colors, finishes, and decor would make this an absolutely gorgeous house. It's dark and 90's now but the architecture and design as well as the property are stunning. It Is so big it's like a hotel

We are interested, I had problems with my tunnel vision everytime you turn down the lights. We stopped the video after the 1st bedroom. I'm not able to refocus that quick I let my boyfriend finish the video, all I got was a hummm

Much of the home is beautiful...and, much of the home is dark, and dreary. Several of the rooms are very choppy, and dark. I didn't see an elevator, and when you get to be a certain age...stairs can very much be a problem. The view is gorgeous, but it would take a lot of money to remodel to bring it to my liking. Someone...will love it just the way it is. But, too much darkness, and not enough flow to suit what I would prefer for the cost of the home. More money, and more time....to remodel....and it would be fantastic.
True, but at 10 million and that’s under value for the home, it wouldn’t be a problem for the buyer to renovate! With that said, I think this house would sell to someone who mostly love it for its current stye with just a few updates here and there!

Sheesh, I don't know man. For me, you know, personally, that really knocks the price down to say, let's see, the next Stimulus Check should be about $1,400...so yeah , with the crooked candle I could probably go $1,300 for the house. Just sayin'...I mean, you gotta keep up with these little things like this if you wanna' run with the Big Dogs in the Realty business !
This house was a bit dark for my taste. I like natural light, I would hate to pay the light bill for this place. Who was this built for? Why are they selling? This seems to be a fantasy built house. It would be a fun murder mystery dinner play house called the “Clue game” house! 😁🧐😜

Did you seriously mention there was a walk in fridge and then not even open it and look? You miss sooo much that we wanted to look at. This was infuriating.
The caretaker house is weird tbh. You cant really have women and men both staying in a home like that as probably both wont be comfortable living in such non private spaces. If they are comfortable being room mates that would be fine but instead of the large spaces they could have split both rooms, added a hall way making all rooms private so each caretaker can have a private bedroom or roommates with someone. (Btw Im not trying to be sexist or something in anyway, I'm just stating how real people would act)
