How to read or understand the quarterly financial results of the company?

In this video we have covered almost everything on the part of the reading of the financial result of any company.
What we have covered in this video

2. Then we have opened the financial results and get to know what it covered . Basically it is covering standalone and consolidated financial results along with the auditor reports.
3. Then we have seen how to read the profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statement along with the auditors report
Every company listed on stock exchange required to disclose the financial results within half an hour from the conclusion of the board meeting. When the result declared the share market moves up and down on the basis of the results if the results is not what was expected by the market. Hence the person who will read first and understand then only he would be able to take the required action within the time and get the benefit out of the results reading. As because of this only reading and understanding the financial becomes crucial.

@@gohilpruthvirajsinh8009 agr balance sheet Mai borrowing Ka amount last year se kaam hua it means debt reduce hua hai agr bada hai too it means debt increase hua hai....
You can also check from cash flow statement.
