    Vitamin D3 is also a great staple for those who don't get a ton of sun exposure.

      If you take d3 you HAVE to take k2 and magnesium with it. You CANNOT just take d3 alone.

      K2 helps in absorption of d3 it is not necessary .
      If u have problem with absorbing d3 than u should take

    I'm not familiar with Lutein for eyes. Can you suggest one, please? Also, a good fish oil? Don't know which ones are full of fillers. Don't want those! Thank you🥰

    I’m concerned about taking magnesium long term….i heard it causes some type of stones?

      I’ve never heard that. Magnesium deficiency can lead to a lot of nasty symptoms.
      You could do some research and check it out.
      But I’d say, it’s safe to take your magnesium every day all the time. Your body really needs it, especially your heart.

    Hey, got a question. Is it okay to take supplements of magnesium, calcium, d3, b12 while having a sedentary lifestyle and poor meals?
    Cause I personally think supplements are meant to supplement your diet, not replace it.

      Don't take calcium.. It lowers the absorption of magnesium

    What I kind of good quality fish oil to take?

      dont do supplements they can hurt your stomach and get side effects, do a myers cocktail iv once a month get a vitamin d injection you can up to 100,000-300,000 iu injections that can last up to three months in your body.add in gludathione iv like twice a month coq10 injection once a week. those will heal almost all health issues fast massive improvements in a week no side effects.they just wont heal a broken knee in a week ha. the only oral supplment you have to do is fish oil. nutrition ivs and injections are how rich people and pro athletes stay healthy year round, you cant get enough nutrition from food alone. toxic farming over the past 30 years has depleted nutrition in the soils. use cod liver oil sells at grocery stores and a good brand is nordic natural liquid fish oil

    Oxide, plenty of other good ones, oxide is not

    Why not just take a multivitamin
    They don’t go overboard with dosage so safer also

      We have so much more information available although sometimes it’s hard to find but now you SHOULD read labels because some of the ingredients are not useable like magnesium oxide… it goes in and goes out unused by the body. BUT magnesium glycinate is used by the body. Also there are flow agents (other/inert ingredients) like magnesium stearate that we ought not ingest…there are alternatives.. you just need to search for them. And I find this stuff almost by accident.

      Multi vitamins also tend to go overboard with vitamins you shouldn’t get too much of while others are too little of in a pill.
      I agree, check out the label. You’ll often see that vitamin E f.ex are way too high while magnesium is way too low.
