      If u had a stroke u should look into chelation therapy. Your heart health has to do with ur veins and whats going on with your blood. A naturopath can put your flesh blood under the microscope to find out because big pharma wont.

    Goodness. I’m so glad I came across this video today. I just recently started taking B12. Now in yesterdays video, you said, B12 contains cyanide. Today, you clarified the difference between 2 different vitamins, and their ingredients. Wonderful. Such great videos. I just have to share, share, share.

      @@MC_777_ I just dislike meats. I prefer sweets, and carbs. My daughter ordered me, what I consider a high quality meal supplement, powder. KACHAVA SUPERFOOD. The whole body meal. I’m on my first bag. Coconut Açaí, delicious, and it’s loaded with everything I could possibly need. I dissolve it on about 8 oz. of water, mixes easily. Then I top it with cold water.

    Methylcobalamin is a natural form some brands such as Solgar use it. Methylated form is good for those whose bodies have a problem with methylation. Im not a doctor just someone who likes to research nutrition as a hobby.

      If you taking more than recommended then you might get cyanide poisoning, but everything in excess is poison
      .
      If you don't exceed Daily limit of 1500 then you are ok

      Nancy,,,the methylcobalamin form is superior from. So is hydroxycobalamin. Make sure it is a sublingual tablet dissolved on the tongue. And taken empty stomach. Best absorbed and utilized by by the body. Do not recommend the adenisocobalimine. Not natural form.....I used to work for a wholistic functional MD, and he always advised this to his patients.....🌞

      Methylcobalamin is the natural and more bioavailable form of vitamin B12. I take 5000 mcg daily, 10,000 to 15 000 mcg if I'm working 48 or more hours straight ( have 3 jobs ), keeps me from falling asleep and function as usual with no issues.

      Lots of foods contain cyanide. Apples, apricots, cherries, peaches, plums, almonds. If you ate a few crushed cherry pits it could kill you.

    I love B12 for those reasons but I find it gives me gastrointestinal distress. It never use to and I have had IBS so it's hard to take vitamins that don't come from food

    @doctorjanine I am unable to find a B12 Adenosylcobalamin line you recommended without magnesium Stearate you mention to stay away from. Do you have any reconditions where to look? Also I see some information from others that a drop for under the tongue or a lozenges is best for absorption rather than a pill. Do you agree? Thanks in advance How many mg or mcg do you recommend.

    How dangerous is the amount that is in a can of monster or another drink? How dangerous is drinking lots?

      Hydroxycobalamin or methylcobalamin. Both are superior forms. Sublingual tablets under the tongue are best. Make sure taken on an empty stomach, mid-morning is best.....🌞

      Ask the Doctor about Targeted Support B12 Hydrox-Adeno 2000 ( hydroxocobalamine ). Sometimes I take 1/2 others 1x

      If you’re not noticing any changes in your functioning, you’re either (a) not deficient in B12 and should maybe look into other root causes of whatever symptoms you’re experiencing, or (b) taking a form of B12 that doesn’t work for you. B12 supplements come in nasal sprays, injections, sublingual pills, pills that you swallow, liquids, and multivitamins.       Not all Drs are intelligent. Especially in America. Did your Dr even check to see if you have an MTHFR gene mutation?
      There are better forms of B12, which are more bioavailable especially if you have methylation issues, which a lot of people do. And they aren’t that expensive. Why would you want the inferior form?
