So after experiencing the new season I can say that this is not entirely true. You'll still get a bin with no gun but they increased the spawn rate of guns in bins so you're more likely to get something.

It is true in your fist bin you do get a weapon

My only gripe this season is the connection issues, the audio bugging out and delayed and it never goes away and even if goes away, it comes back every time I open the game and queue up, graphical issues as well. But besides that, the new updates, the map rework, they have been really niceee
