Hey Nate, theres a lot of good and cooled space inside the dashboard right above the glovebox, with easy access to the rubber that you used to wire to the engine bay. And the purge line can be replaced by a fuel line from the ones sold at autozone. Ive seen a couple of guys connect it to the horse on the grill or the cobra on the grill and looks awesome when it purges! White stream coming out the horse nose!

Yeah we probably do make around the same horsepower. You should try to dyno your car and see your numbers

It reminds me of myself when I was 15 and my dad helped me buy my first car, 1967 mustang, candy apple red with black vinyl roof, 400rwhp 5.0. I'm in the process of buying a 2007 mustang GT convertible Red with Black top, and the 4.6 engine. I started watching CZcams videos to try and learn which year model and engine mustang I wanted to get and found your videos and now I'm glued to your channel and taking your opinion very seriously! I'm getting ready to turn 49 years old and I'm sure this will be my last car that I buy. Cool video man. Can you tell me if your window came with the kit? I don't see it with any of the kits that you can purchase online.
I have owned my 07 since 06 brought it brand new. I think your a little high on your HP estimates but get a dyno tune and you will get your true numbers. I have a 3" pulley on my Saleen SC, headers, GT 500 fuel pumps, electric water pump, etc etc. and my Dyno tune from Brenspeed was at 452 rwhp.
Yeah those numbers I meantioned are to the crank, at the wheels I will probably be making like 370-400 rwhp. I will let you know for sure when I dyno it

nice video man ! ..I have a question I have the same kit on my hellcat but I think my question is if your window switch works with your smart box or management unit cause I need a window switch with gear lock feature but I called zex tech and he says that no window switch works with the zex management unit box ..I will really going to appreciate if you can help me with this thanks !

So I want my mustang to be super loud but I'm not gonna straight pipe it, so my plan is to get the Borla ATAK exhaust, Off-road X Pipe, and Pypes headers. I don't know if that's a good idea though, should I do it ?
What wire is the tps output voltage wire? I’m setting this same kit up myself and can’t find the tps output voltage wire. I’m in day 2 of the instal

Man I know this is is an old video but I recently just got this same exact kit and I’m trying to wire in my window switch. I have my red wire coming from the nitrous box going to a toggle switch that’s wired to an ignition on power source. My question is where do I run the wire from the window switch. My window switch has 4 wires power, ground, one to read the cars rpm and the wire that goes to the nitrous. My question is where do I run that wire? Seems like I’d run it to the nitrous solenoid but that’s kinda impossible with the zex kit because it has the self contained unit with only 3 wires coming out.

I have a black 07 GT convertible with every bolt on except heads I'm going with the zex kit because heads are not a good bang for the buck can't wait to put it on this will be my third ride wit a zex kit love nitrous I've never had an issue. My car makes 420hp at the crank it's been dyno'd she should fly. Love your car and your vids keep em coming .Would love to see some staggered wheels on that horse

I love my 05 v6, many mods done just as a hobby to me. Of course I'd love a 4.6 but the insurance on it as a teen male is stupid high.
YEah try finding the best insurance price that you can get or try joining other insurances so that the price will reduce. Good luck to you!

Nice, what was the difference in mph. For instance, before Nitrous at 3,000 rpms, you were going lets say 75 mph. Now with the Nitrous Shot at 3,000 rpms, in the same gear how fast were you going?

GA08GT...dude i got a 2008 S197 with now about 124K. I bought her brand new in 2008, so i know this car well. I know how you feel about pushing it. But ya know what? That 100K mile mark that you are thinking about is really kind of a misnomer. I thought that too about my car. But I went ahead and started modifying it anyway (so far just suspension though) because what it comes down to is if you can't drive the car the way "you want" then why even do it, right? Just to let you know my car recently has been tracked several times. The car still holds up very, very well. I haven't noticed any issues or added wear, except for some stickier shifting. But that was due to driver error...I heavily grinded a shift at sustained redline...stupid me. Luckily, she still changes gears fairly smooth...lol. You just got to make sure to keep up with the maintenance and make sure you replace and fix whatever needs replacing & fixing. And IMHO, when doing so only replace with at least Ford Motorcraft or upgraded parts. Have fun!

hector guerrero be patient, save a little more & you could get yourself something under 100k miles, that is just my opinion.
Nah I think you can do wayyyy better. Just be patient and try to find a v6 with lower miles

Hey nate I recently got a 2000 mustang gt it has a supercharger by vortech . I am thinking of getting nos for it . I had a question about nos now if i install it do i have to tune the car again ?
i wouldn't recommend NOS if it already has a supercharger

They are up in mira mesa, but they are going to relocate down in San Ysidro. It should pop up under Conley motorsports in la mesa, its confusing why it does that

It depends on how much you use the nitrous. It can lost months long if you use it wisely. And you just go to your local nitrous refill dealer
Pierston Salinas 100 shot you could get maybe 3 or 4 full 1/4 passes after that it starts going down hill. Another rule of thumb is 10 sec per 1lb on a 100 shot.
If it hits 100F, don't leave your bottle in your car.

I would definitely go with borla over roush if money is not a problem. Borla exhaust note is so perfect.you can get custom quad tips for your ataks. you would have to go to a shop and do that though

my 2011 V6 is very loud with borla stype and hi flow cats, so if you like loud then go for it, but you will also have to expect a lot of rasp unless you have a CAI or Tune to help reduce rasp
Do you think an 05-09 mustang is a good car for a first car? I get my license in a few months and I want a mustang under 5k so it'll have to be a v6 but oh well. I figured it's not that expensive of a car so if I get into an accident, it won't be that big of a deal. Thoughts?
SirSasquatch insurance will be really high idk about the v6s but on the gts where I live they want $300 a month for full coverage. It's a really great car just don't expect to be super fast because it has almost no take off to satisfy my needs 😓
No it's not, it can be a handful on rain and snowy roads, and requires you to know how to maintain it. Insurance will cost you a kidney and V6 and V8 are almost the same at the fuel pump. I had both, a V6 grabber orange 09 and now i have an 05 v8 Gt cause its gonna be a future classic car. I would recommend you a 4 cylinder for your first car, and a couple years later step up for a bigger one. Mustangs are awesome (thats why its my fav car) but they have a temper on the road and will buck you off if you not experienced on torquey rwd cars with a happy tail. Just my 2 cents bro. Stay safe!
Yes of course! I was actually thinking about making a video about this topic in the near future, but absolutely! go for the v6, you can get them for super cheap and mod it up to however you want. Go for it!

You have the activation switch wired backwards the cover is suppose to prevent activation.

You need to do a hot rod cam please you will be so happy when you do it. I have a 2006 mustang get with Flowmaster outlaws and a hot rod cam it is by far the best sounding v8 ever please do it

If you look at photos 7771 and 7772 you can see the purge line that runs right up the center of the intake. That is brake line from amazon. The is a small video in the folder of it purging. Note no Ratchet shifter or BBK on the car. We thought about selling it and decided not to, so I did what any sane person does I spent 3k$ more on it.

It was 2 seconds slower with nitrous. If you let off at 6,000 like you said... 3,000 to 6,000 the car was alot slower....maybe you got the vids backwards.
