    Thanks for this! I feel that proper warm ups aren't given enough importance in the pole community.

    Should these be done slowly or that fast ?! Just so i get the most out of this warmup 😊❤

      I would do this as a follow along, so in time with the video. For any strength based moves like the ones towards the end you want to make sure you’re getting the most out of them - if you find it’s too fast and it’s making you rush and use momentum rather than strength (for leg lifts for example) then you can go slower. We are trying to get warm though so don’t slow down too much! 😀
