Everyone saying "watch the hoodie strings and the towel!! The fan or alternator might get em!" First of all the alternator has hardly anything exposed to grab it with, and he's running an electric water pump so there's no fan... This car is beautifully done, and the guy who did it clearly knows what he's doing so everyone chill a little lol. Nice ride man, "yenk this" killed me.
I had a 74 Nova SS Small block 307 4 speed with 3/4" racing cam and a posi-track 411 rear end, almost identical to the paint and stripe colors of the one above. A set of Good Year Eagle GT's 70's front / 50's rear... and front and rear stabilizers and an adjustable Gabriel multi-level suspension... all in show room, pristine condition when I finished the build. My best friend and I took it on the Americana adventure of a lifetime in it. We crossed the country, hitting all the sights... North to South and East to West, ending up in Huntington Beach California, better known as "Surf City." It would do 140mph top end and burn out continuously in first 3 gears. Oh God I want that baby back! What you are hearing in the above 70 Nova is the sound of each bad ass cylinder hitting! If you've ever herd a funny car or a AA fuel dragster, this is what they sound like. Those cylinders are slamming like sledge hammers just waiting for poppa to light the fuse!!!
SOUNDS OF SWEET HEAVENLY SENT MUSIC.. I HAVE A 73 NOVA PROJECT JUST PUT A 454 FROM AN RV.. NOT BUTTONED UP YET LOL HERE AT WORK WITH MY HEAD PHONES ON LISTENING TO YOUR 454.. RUMBLE THANKS FOR SHARING.. NOW I GOTS TO HIT THE REWIND.. LOL
By you making a comment about everyone else's comment does that not make you a critic. You are so ignorant and yes, shut up before you make yourself look any dumber.

Monster h BBC stands for big block Chevy. King of them all in my books. My 73 nova has one but haven't been able to get it to turn left much tie rod runs into my deep sump pan

Nice little Nova, pretty paint, nice bb. Just tell the clowns out there to go and take a ride with Danica Patrick " in her pass seat " & " on the track ". lol lol didn't want anyone to get the wrong idea :) GoDaddy
Nice nova. Motor sounds hurt or has a fouled plug. Doesn't sound like its hitting all 8. Better be careful wiping off that motor with it running! Get that rag caught in the belt your hands going with it!
not sure if you guys cares but if you guys are bored like me atm you can watch all of the latest series on instaflixxer. Have been watching with my gf during the lockdown xD
what's the internal specs on that engine? like cam size, compresion, and type of rocker arms? also, I notice its a solid lifter cam. how often do you adjust the valves?
I like how he carelessly ran that rag over that spinning belt. Any brains in this guy ,or just deep pockets? Wouldn't take much to rip a figure or two off.
Sick ass ride. In ur old set up how hp did it have. Were u using allumin heads or cast iron. I have a 75 camaro im building with a 454 .i really like that setup u got old and new they sound great
You know that gas pedal (throttle) in the car? It has this cable you see ... called a throttle cable, it goes from the pedal through the firewall and up to the throttle linkage on the Carburetor. Does that help a little?
