Sir most of them seem to vijayawada, guntur road development.... which are already hugely populated... as the cities are expanding the builders are constructing the housing projects... just like in any other city.... its is not amaravati.... seems so in the map....

Amaravati is designed by Singapore architects and city planners. But the input has to be updated from CBN and team the no of lanes in roads should be increased and the drainage and rain water flow on the roads should be updated similar to USA infra. City should not have any bore drills for water extraction. Rain water harvesting should be included for every building.
All Govt Employees also have to work with serious efforts to fast development our Andhra Pradesh...
Whoever investors from other states in India or from foreign all try to do more investments in our Andhra Pradesh. I hope our present NDA alliance will provide one time policy to invest speed up the process.
