Hi quick question how due I take my tune 93 Diablo tune and put it in my folder on my computer for Back up I know about this any help is appreciated thanks

How do you buy new license, trying to buy one off market place but is says I need to buy license because none remaining

I believe you purchase it and either download it or they email you a link to download. And then you connect your tuner to the computer to install it. It’s been a while for me, but I think that’s how it works.

I just got mine pulled it out of the box and tried to update via WiFi and through my pc and I get no luck it never connects for any downloads.

For whatever reason, mine will not connect to my phones hotspot. It never sees it. It only works on a Wi-Fi router connection. I have not tried connecting it to my computer yet. You might try contacting their customer support or trying to return it and get a new one and see if that fixes it.

@@nietoleo8966 I just waited till the next day and it finally connected via WiFi. It’s gonna say there are tons of updates but it really just the same one. Good luck hope it helps.

Mine continues to update over and over non stop via WiFi, but on the update agent 1.0 app on my laptop it says I’m updated.

That’s weird. Mine did something weird the last time I updated it but has always updated like expected.

I just unplugged it and went back and retuned the truck.

Mine failed to update, error message states not enough space, now i'm afraid to delete files without negatively affecting the tuner🤨
