I agree, and not mad at your comment. However, I never authorized anybody to speak on my behalf. So much has came out about me and AD. Neither of us really addressed anything. This one just blew up. I wanted to maintain peace throughout all this. And hate that the fans and friends are trying to divide me and AD because we always had each other back and are still friends.

Im back to say I told people about body language and this video proves it. Im wishing you the best. I believe in parts theory and practice that daily with people. This video shows a part (protective part) that still allows BOTH of you to be cordial and hold no hate. But your other hurt parts (IFS theory) still exist because we as humans live dialectically, or at least we try! (don't forget about the podcast with me hahaha!!) Blessings!
