  • Hi my lovelies, there are so many creative ways we can add the goodness of OATMEAL into our diet. Here are 4 very easy, quick & delicious ways to add OATS into your breakfast + to increase your fibre intake.
    1) "Sloppy" Overnight Oatmeal
    2) 3-Ingredient No-Bake Oat Squares
    3) Sunrise Oatmeal Smoothie
    4) Dressed-Up Oatmeal
    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Having a healthy hearty breakfast gets your metabolism pumping, keeps you energized and it will benefit you in making healthier choices throughout the day.
    I've kept these recipes really quick, simple and hassle-free so that we can all make them and have NO EXCUSE in skipping breakfast!
    Remember my recipes are always adaptable. Just follow the basic and you can change the ingredients according to what you like. You can of course have these as your snacks as well!

    The oatmeal smoothie was very useful for me these past few days while recovering from having my wisdom teeth pulled out, I could only drink liquids and the oats helped me not be too hungry! Awesome ideas Joanna

    These recipes are so nice! I am looking forward to making them when I go back to my hometown. I brought my own oatmeal for vacation and everytime I make them with soy milk or any other vegetable milk, I feel like having the best meal of the day jaja I absolutely love oatmeal and, just a secret I have been doing lately. The vegetable milk I use to cook them, I first infuse it with cinammon and lemon, so the oatmeals have that cinammon aroma and that citrus flavour that literally drives me crazy. Delicious

    It looks so delicious but my parents are too busy to take me to the store to buy the stuff and they are too busy to help me make the food. I cant wait till I'm grown up so I can do all this stuff!

    Interesting recipies since I really like oatmeal Joanna! I always eat oatmeal porridge with milk, psyllium seeds and half an apple and some spices like cinnamom and cardemom in it on the weekdays. I have some berries, strawberry and gojiberries berries with it too. It's really yummy and saticfying! :)

    My favourite is the traditional oatmeal cooked the morning it's being eaten. I like the most combo of apple and cinnamon with almond flakes e.g. Greetings Joanna! :)

    Hi Joanna, thanks for sharing your video, I decided to be healthy and fit this year 2015 and by watching your video I was inspired. Thank you for sharing your knowledge about getting fit and delicious healthy meals. I practice them by the way :) but the exercise its so hard and I had muscle pain during my first week.. :) but the benefit I lose wt just to share with you I was 68 kl last January now I'm 61 kl. Thanks for inspiring a lot of people, keep it up!!! Thumps up!!!
    Btw can you share a video if your sick what is the best exercise and what is the best comfort food to eat. thanks again... :)

    One of my favorite oatmeal breakfasts is having greek (non-sweetened) youghurt with frozen berries and oats instead of cereal! It's really easy since you can prepare it the day before (except for the oats) and have it on the go if you have a good container! Packed with flavour, protein and fibers! :)

    Do you have any delicious veggie juice ideas? I love green juice (i.e. apple, greens, lemon, & celery/cucumber), or apple, carrot, & orange, but those have more fruit/sugar really. So I'm looking to get more servings of veggies a day without making me go 'Yuck!'.

    I am by no means trying to undermine your knowledge, but your shirt/dress (can't tell behind the counter) is beautiful and really flatters you! That being said, I usually hate oatmeal, but I'm going to try these so I can get more fiber!

      If you are not a fan of the sweet you can do like me and make a savory oatmeal using onion, garlic, and your favorite spices and herbs. Sometimes I even add cheese to it and it tastes like mac n cheese. So good!

    This video is 5 years old, but I'm happy I found it. I'm experimenting eating oat meals every morning in my 16:8 intermitten diet, I really like to eat it, I don't feel bored kinda suprising. But the thing is that I see I'm gaining a bit weight.. I don't understand why 🥺 but now that I saw your video I feel that it's not that the problem 😭 I hope I'll find a good recipe maybe on your channel to eat it chocolately 😊
    Just a question, what do you think about dried fruits to put it in ? I felt like it was more calloric or is it not that terrible ?
