  • Was there a threat alert before the school massacre? How many children were actually killed? Did the police reach before the Army? Many questions remained unanswered regarding the Peshawar School Attack. The first episode of ‘The APS Files’ tends to investigate the events that led to one of the deadliest terrorist attacks of Pakistan.
TCM presents ‘The APS Files’, an exclusive series which examines Pakistan's policy on counter-terrorism in the backdrop of the 2014 Peshawar School Attack - an incident that jolted the entire nation. The series offers a unique lens into the investigation of how the policy shifted from battleground to the negotiation table.
TCM’s five-year journey has been about telling stories that people want to hear which mainstream media has been neglecting for decades. We want to disrupt the status quo by delivering engaging content which empowers impassioned voices and impacts social change. The APS incident incidents raises the following questions.
    1. Though TTP is mainly pasthun organisation , why is no pashtun was not involved in the attack?
    2. why it was foreign terrorists ,who were most likely stand out without knowing Pastho or Urdu , was involved in the attack?
    3. why was that 90 percent of the school children who passed away were children of civilians and why less army officer's children was killed?
    4. who was the retired Brigadier who was named by the Ehsanullah Ehsan ,TTP person as the mastermind of attack?
    5. How did Ehsanullah Ehsan miraculously escaped and reached Turkey?
    6. why Pakistan is not getting Ehsan from Turky (with whom has an extradition treaty with pakistan) , if he is a wanted criminal?
    7. why was security persons removed from the APS days before the incident?
    8. How did the terrorists Car reach peshwar without stopped at the Numerous check posts ?
    9. what is the meaning of words "No agency, no matter how capable or equipped, could effortlessly counter an attack "when infidels are within the inside". mentioned in the justice Mohammed Ibrahim commission report"?
    10. why did QRT was not able to respond on time in a cantonment area, when QRT never reached the destraction area ?
    11. why was askari Guards , a company of army welfare trust , in charge of security was not made accountable?

These confusing inquiries are emanating after so many years....?
What is the real motive behind them....?
Can someone doesn't sneak into the prevailing circumstances at that time period?
As if the whole event was orchestrated or given go ahead by someone responsible for overall security?
Why pinpointing the guards, QRF or other tentacles once the attack was conducted from within?
Are the Askari guards really variable as a force to be reckoned with (merely stating that it's operated by Army welfare trust means they are soldiers to fight at the border)?
Did the terrorists intimate their route of travel, details of their cars, methodology to attack and names of their cooperates?
Would someone really like to know why the RAW & NDS nexus is not functional these days after dismantling the Afghan govt? Wasn't it a collaborative effort of two big intelligence agencies?
Why didn't any one in the nearby vicinity inform police about presence of the suspected militants who gathered, arranged the weapons, ammunition, arranged other things to barge into the school building and carry out the heinous acct of terrorism?
Why did the common people allow the terrorists to travel through their buses, rikshaw or taxis etc?
It's easy to put a square blame and scapegoat anyone. It's easy to find the loopholes. But it's difficult to *share* the responsibility. Govt, army, police alone can't do it without the help of the common people.
Are common people still vary of this fact? Do they still believe in protecting Pakistan? Are they ready to give up corrupt practices to safeguard the interest of Pakistan?
Is there any forum which denounces the acts of terrorism and takes up the cases in the court against the individual terrorists by naming them? Are most of the terrorists apprehended not citizens of Pakistan and not known to any one in the locality?
Is judiciary not free as much to take on the terrorists cases and punish them rather than make them Scott free (what an irony)?
Don't ever spread the thoughts fabricated by others for the meaningful purpose. There are villains all around us in the garb of sympathizers and there are, indeed, real heroes, unsung heroes as well.
Try not to become victim or target of the villains out of shear innocence rather comprehend the situation and raise your voice for the unsung heroes.

Its a cantt area and ur telling me they got clearance from all army check posts ( which were alot at that since our country had various threats at that time) and managed to make it to the back side of the school to launch an attack? . There was no fence with Afghanistan and Ex-FATA was terrorists sanctuary. Police n military saved Peshawar from thousand of such attacks. Yes there was failure of security agencies.
At that time govt was planning to sign a peace deal with TTP and people in general weren't anti TTP. So TTP had a good local support. Such large scale attacks are impossible without local support.

See, this attack was the most deadliest one. Army didn’t allow anyone to go inside because of the sensitivity. Police and Army had been fighting this war together. But there, the case was altogether different. If even the QRF would have gone inside, they couldn’t have faced those terrorists with required results. For this, SSG special troops were required who were specialised in such craft.
Entrance of Police or any other force would just have added to more casualties.
