Dave, check the video by Moray B King, where he suggests there is a difference between hydrogen the gas generated by electrolysis and energized water that is a gas at room temperature. Your various HHO systems call it hydrogen, is it? Or is it the energized water? The truth about what you are doing is not dissimilar to water as described in the Thunderbolts Video on what they call "The Fourth State of water" with a book by that title. Sunlight and cavitation both bring water up to a higher energy potential that has health benefits. Proper HHO systems that make the energized gas simply take this transition from regular tetrahedral, low energy, massively bonded water to triangular structured bonded liquid to linear gas energized water. LTNR from HOH water gas results. BTW, the body has ways to make the conversion. I'm sure drinking it is better as reported by others. You mean liquid crystals, right? Others call it EZ water for Exclusion Zone, it redistributes contaminants.

I need to test the water I'm making with cavitation and/or vortex to find out if the bond angle has been changed.

Dr. Gerald Pollack has taken up the torch, and has documented the structure as it forms with IR energy and hydrophilic surfaces. A bit more quantitative the Pangman. The scientific investigation that it's real is solid. The theory needs a bit of a tweak to explain it, but nature isn't about describing, it's just about doing. The MJ's quote by Albert Saent-Gyurgyf appears to be accurate in meaning, but the name is not something that Google can find. G.I. Gurdjieff may have influenced the writings of P.D. Ouspensky about this, but his work was more in the spiritual than physical. If this is the reference one would have to say he channeled it. Moray King is interested in the gas state for power, and cites a late nuclear physicist who studied the properties of the gas as well as ongoing research by a Japanese professor (but his patents confuse the description of the gas, not clarify).
+BMan18 As an Electrical Engineer in revolt I have to comment on the whole vortex/egg shape analogies. The explanation and analogies drawn by MJ are in fact correct, but not from a perspective of why or how they operated. The theory begins to gel and actually hold together from cosmos to cell structure and operation if you embrace the idea that we live in an electric Universe made up only of the two fields, voltage and magnetism. How these field interact will form the discs and vortexes that are observed. Matter is a simple stable arrangement of balanced concentrating Voltage fields and the paired/induced magnetic fields. This is too simple and accurate, leading to solid explanations of how everything works, contrary to the financial success of science based institutions, so you won't find much support. Look to the basics from Faraday, Maxwell, Tesla for the truth. Not the summary "laws" as taught if you want further clarity. Good luck with your efforts. You're on the right path by me.

MrHydroguy, I am happy to add my thoughts to anyone's work. We progress through dialogue. Since my posting above, I realize that magnetic fields as they are described in contemporary physics and electrical engineering do not exist. What institutional scientists do with their imaginary construct operates similarly to the math, but in reality another mechanism is operating altogether. A clear mind can see this, and better understand what is going on and how to utilize the field effects.
The water-energy situation has recently been investigated by an undergrad student has analyzed the room temperature gas phase of water. This is the extension of the phase transition that starts with what this video claims is crystalline liquid water (also called exclusion-zone water by others).
Naturally there are many models that can explain the actual functions of water. I tend to balk at the crystalline model simply because the convention is to consider crystal structures as solids. Liquids are by definition able to flow due to a non-solid structure, they fit any container. In electronics, liquid crystals become solid and hold a fixed crystalline form under an active electric field. The crystalline water described here is real, but it never becomes solid. So it is a new application of the term, or simply a misnomer.
It turns out that H2O does not exist as a single molecule, unless possibly it is so thermally active that it forms individual steam molecules. In this case, it is vibrating wildly, through linear and very bent forms. It is not in a stable tetrahedral form as we are taught. The stable tetrahedral form is very low energy and is insufficient as a single molecule; so naturally it links to other molecules to form massive molecular structures that are stable with the shared energy. These massive structures are also excellent energy sinks with a wide margin of energy reservoir space. Vibration, sunlight, IR radiation, electric fields all can be absorbed into these massive molecules.
This group bonding gives water the physical characteristics that enable life: density heavier than the solid, resistance to contaminant migration, surface tension and capillary action, liquid phase in far higher temps than similar weight molecules.
These massive molecular collections will transfer and share energy of turbulence converting to more energized states. Simply blending or shaking your water will energize it. Along the spectrum of changes, forming hexagonal liquid structures that force contaminants out is a real effect that happens and several patents for purifying water have been approved.
Life requires energy, turbulence imparts energy to water, most commercial water systems are designed to transport water without mixing it. All natural water sources transport water with active turbulence. It's only rational, although incredibly simplistic, to accept that energized water is better for you than stale, dead, de-energized water. But everyone is free to believe what they want.
Water, especially energized moving water is diamagnetic. It accelerates away from effective magnetic fields of any polarity. The more energized it is, the more diamagnetic it is. It turns out magnetic fields are simply the radiation of moving electric fields. These fields can energize water. If they are strong enough, they will eventually disassociate water into hydrogen and oxygen. But, if you do it just right, which can be as simple as sucking water vapor into a static charged magnetized tube, the water won't disassociate. It will energize to a stable form and limit the group bonding to rings and chains that form a stable gas above -158 deg C. This is the magical HOH water fuel. Other molecules/pollutants become captured by the rings and if the water is pushed out of its stable environment with a spark, flame, 5+atmosphere compression, or physical collision (easy to do since it's highly diamagnetic); then it releases all that stored energy in a very high power spark that slices right through nuclear structures. This is how cavitation works on propellers. The whole sonoluminescence explanation is nothing more than a fancy misdirect.
Commercially its called Brown's gas and is known to neutralize hard radioactive materials, solder or weld dissimilar metals together, cut through anything, including titanium, firebrick, pure carbon, while not heating the torch above 54 deg. C. Several people have made fuel that matches the burn rate of gas and diesel. The public demonstrators have been silenced by the economic concerns that would be wiped out by this technology. Paul Pantone has demonstrated that it will convert any water/fuel mix to pure energy, running internal combustion engines without any exhaust. We're talking water mixed with any vaporized matter: garbage metals, anything that can be vaporized.
Some HOH stills have accidentally made compounds, opening the door to potential ways to replicate matter. All at very low power thresholds and safe nuclear reactions with low tech components from the local hardware and electronics stores.
It seems all matter is simply stable electric fields that can be projected and lensed to create matter, the whole idea of a Big Bang being necessary or even capable of creating massive amounts of matter is total fiction.
Water tech is the doorway to scientific and economic revolution.
This tech is available to anyone with a high school education and trade craft in mechanical and or electrical systems. The parts can be found in most scrap yards or common construction suppliers.
Commercially its a non-starter due to the adversarial and massively funded competitive market of consumption power systems. In this regard, its also obsolete compared to electrical systems that can amplify power from essentially free sources of electricity. But this superior tech is also out-matched by entrenched power suppliers. Patents for these technologies are impossible to acquire and attempts at independent manufacture have been shut down with violence.
Perhaps if some black market concern wanted to do good for the planet and begin a covert industry of supply?
Truth will not guarantee success. Following the regular rules has proven useless in promoting these technologies.
