Thanks a lot for the video. Helped a lot
Glad it helped ❣️😊
THANKS FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO
Happy to help ❣️😊
Thank you soo much. I made myself a partition for games and stuff. But I took too much space from c drive. Also I'm planning to replace ssd too.
Great to hear! ❣️😊
How did you put the new volume into the disk 0?
thanks a lot for this helpful video
You are most welcome ❣️😊
i got resolved my space problem....thanks a lot
Glad it helped Mate Cheers ❤️🙋🏻
Could you use a D drive to stash data accessed by software in C drive? Doing this, you can upload your heavy-consumption software (video editor, DAW etc) to "C" and direct these softwares to save/retrieve from "D". What say?
What if two different disk, one is SSD which is the boot drive the other one is HDD a storage drive installed in system unit. It is possible to increase the ssd from hdd?
Good morning my lovely brother. In this matter you are the simple and perfect advisor. God bless you
Thanks a million ❣️😊
Thank you!
Welcome Mate Cheers ❤️🙋
OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH VERY VERY VERY THANKFUL
Welcome Mate Cheers ❤️🙋🏻
In any case, the unallocated space is not on the right behind the C drive. You can not add it to the hard drive because the Extend Volume is greyed out. If your unallocated space is adjacent to C drive, you can get Disk Management to move unallocated space in Windows 11/10.
How can you move the unallocated space when it is not behind the C drive?
same problem here
@@raccarecman9857
@@raccarecman9857 Solution : Use minitool partition wizard. i had same problem and It helped me.
Thank you my friend, I had this problem and thanks to you it has been resolved 💖
Awesome Mate ❤️🙋
is there a way to create a new 2 tb partition? without shrink? i had seen a video but it must be deleted. please can you try?
Solution when extend button will not show
Point to be noted the drive that you delete must next to C drive.
If it next to other drive then extend option will not blink
Solution : Use minitool partition wizard. i had same problem and It helped me.
I wanted to do it but the problem is; I have lotta data in both D and E drives. I have no space to take the data out from any of the drives and then shrink it
really dude thanks! I have just 12gb free in my c disk. Now I can increase it.Thank you so much!!
Glad I could help ❣️😊
Bro I have unallocated space but I don't get the extend space option
Thanks buddy!
You're Most Welcome ❣️😊
bro i am unable to extend even if i have unallocated space the option is disable in c to extend but i can extend other drives how to fix that ?
same issue
The extend volume will remain unavailable if the C partition is to the far right in the disk manager. None of the tutorials seem to mention that, just like the positive comments but ignore the rest.
Solution : Use minitool partition wizard. i had same problem and It helped me.
thank you frnd... i did it sucessfully..
That's Brilliant Cheers Mate ❤️🙋
Thank You Sir 🤍
Welcome Mate Cheers ❤️🙋🏻
Nearly got so close to making this work. But then the volume wouldn't let me increase, but I got as far as making my USB flash drive black colour. If this would of word for me I would have been so happy. But I got unlucky wish this would work for me🤷🏿♀️.
Hey bro in mine c and d drive (bitlocker is encrypted) shows. Does it create problem??
Even after deleting the volume I am not getting option to extend the drive what to do!?
Same problem I have also faced what we can do any suggestions
Same
in my case it's not working bro. i have tried these steps nut still no extend option for C drive. any idea why this happened
thank got there are people like you on this planet
Worked like a charm 👍
Glad to help ❣️😊
Can you help me? I can't delete my D disk the delete volume is in grey color and I can't click it?
Thank you.
You're Most Welcome ❣️😊
in the C drive 'Extend' option is not showing. whats the solution?
Thank You
Welcome ❣️😊
It's still grayed out when I followed these steps. What else is wrong with it?
I have 400GB of unallocated space but it is still not showing the active extend space option in the C drive. What will I do now?
Do a Right-click on that unallocated space from the disk management window 👍
man i tried by deleting 195 gb drive and trying to allocate in C drive of space 289gb but still not working
help me man
Can we just shrink that D drive?
The option for extend the volume is unable inspite of having unallocated space
How much allocation space remaining
Mine too 🥺
My c drive's extend volume is not enable, so how i fix it...🥺 please help me...
I created unallocated space but still when i right click drive C there is no extend option to click on it. Would you help?
Please make sure you have enough unallocated space also check the file system which should be ntfs for all partitions or logical partitions you have. If have other partition and you don't use then you can delete it. See if that helps 👍
same issue here
You can do it by just deleting the disk right beside the c disk and there it will say allocated space and you have to click the c drive then you can expand it
For those who can't extend the space even if u have unallocated space , do the following...
Convert the unallocated space to allocated space...for example turn it into drive F....
Then copy all of the files from the existing allocated drive which is displayed next to the C drive( for example D drive) to this newly allocated drive F....
Now delete the old allocated drive D...( Make sure u copied all the files to new drive F)....
Now since the unallocated space is next to drive C , u will be able to extend drive C with the space u deleted from drive D...
Hope this helps...
thanks man it helped
what about if you dont have any drive available next to c and whenever you allocating the drive it is coming first to drive C
@@shubhamgusain7947 then move it to a usb, i think it should work
after unallocated deleted my new volume file?
My man 🤝👏👏

deleted voulme but extend volume not working in windows 11
Doesn't let me extend the c drive
It does not work on my pc i still cannot extend the volume
Can I presume this doesn't apply if your C Drive is an SSD, an the rest of the computer is Hard Drive?
The tutorial i performed was on ssd drive 👍
I created a new volume, but it wouldn't let me paste it to desktop. I have 190 GB space left in C disk and the volume is 70 GB.
You can create a shortcut
Extend Volume not show Pls Fix.
Please make a video if you already have unallocated space but are still not able to extend volume in C: Drive.
Solution : Use minitool partition wizard. i had same problem and It helped me.
Can I shrink my D drive by about 50GB and then use the new unallocated 50GB to expand my C drive?
You can try the same as mentioned in the tutorial so yes 👍
@@EasyTechGeek extend option isnt active though ive unallocated space,,, pls help
Didn't work because C drive is said to be on Disk 0 but D drive is on Disk 1, all the stuff you did was on disk 0.
I have unallocated space but the extend volume in the C drive is still greyed out, what can I do?

Can't see a expand volume option even there is unallocated space after deleting D Drive
Restart the computer and check in disk management. It should be there.

How to extend c drive with windows 10
What if the C partition is to the far right in the disk manager? The extend volume will remain unavailable.
Solution : Use minitool partition wizard. i had same problem and It helped me.
On windows 11, still the extend volume option is greyed out. Though I have unallocated space of 150 GB
Check if you have unallocated space from the same hard drive.
@@EasyTechGeek yes it has. But still.
Anyway what i have noticed that the c drive is GPT type partition and my windows 11 is original windows
Is it mandatory to delete the 2nd drive ? We can't just make some space from the 2nd drive as unallocated ?
But I think this CZcamsr is not active anymore in the comment, so sad ...
I already created the unallocated space but I still didn't get the "extend volume" option. I also restarted my computer and tried but still the same problem. Can you help please?
Did you solve the problem?

how to make c to disk 0
for some reasons its not working.
huh? i don't have an option to extend c for some reason??
May be you don't have unallocated space in the disk
So I just bought new SSD 240gb, the question is can I merge (combine) it with my current 120gb SSD for my C drive? Since I don’t want to reinstall the Windows again
It is an excellent idea to use SSD and HDD at the same time however combining HDD and SDD is not possible and feasible.
@@EasyTechGeek no that’s not what I meant. It’s both SSD, can I combine it so my C drive get a bigger space??
Yes that can be done however for that tutorial should be made as it's little complex and no space for error because of the data. 👍
Can you separate the volumes easily?
Yes for that you can shrink volume and create another drive out of c drive 👍
@@EasyTechGeek so let's say I merge a new internal ssd to my main ssd that's my C drive and in the future I wanna replace my internal ssd with a new one if I shrink the volume how does it designate what data goes back to each drive? I just don't wanna lose data or mess anything up
somebody plz help my d disk is not deleteing
is it SSD?
It's for both ssd and hdd
I know what you did here. You previously shrink the volume of c drive and then record the video to make fool out of us. There is no way you can extend c in windows 10 because the default space c drive is of 144 not more not less.
Vvvvvvvvv good I love ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Glad it helped Mate Cheers ❤️😊🙋
it wasnt work
not worked
grey out
plz help
Steps on Windows 11 is different
what are the steps?
You are a funny boy! This will not work with two separate disks, only if your D drive is on the same HDD or SSD or NVME/SSD.....Useless video!
Thank you !
