- Here's part two on how to slow-roast an ENTIRE ostrich! The last time we picked up our giant bird, brined it, and started to make stock, now we're prepping the bird to be placed in our tandoor to be slow-cooked for 18 hours.

How has this channel not got a million subs? I just randomly stumbled onto this and it's way better than some of the other food related YT channels that have millions of subs. Hopefully it will pick up soon
Yeeep^
This seems like it was an absolute success
Yummmmy I want to taste! You deserve an award Chef! Outstanding result.
That will have to be the best cooked ostrich on CZcams! That meat look tender, juicy and succulent! Solid effort for your first crack at it! Cheers!👍🏽
Fred Flinstone would be proud of your cooking lol!
Love it!! Well done K!
Looks like it came out well

I want the wish bone.
Dude: There is NOTHING pretty about that bird. Cutting it's legs off didn't do a thing for it. The tendons sticking out of the legs made me gag and I know my way around a bird. I've shot many a wild turkey and smoked them, BBQ them, oven roasted them. And ostrich's' are even more ugly than a turkey.
