I love that both the blade and the handle have very cool and useable fable arts! Give em a go on your next playthrough!
I still don't like this boss as she has some of the weirdest hitboxes and tracking. Sometimes she missed you entirely when it looked like you'd get hit... The second phase is a bitch to guard as she zips around and jumps out of view a lot. P's body/head also blocks your view of the hitboxes. Another thing is that I'm sorry I have to say this her armor is kinda ugly lol who designed that? The last two human bosses have zero style, with no cool moveset, no cool boss music. This is the most important thing the team should improve in the DLC. Style is everything! (almost!) This is still a 8.5/10 game tho.

@@samthepigman4069 True phase 1 is easy as pie. I obliterated laxasia on ng+ and struggled on puppet phase 2 tho, on regular NG i struggled on both but had a much harder time with puppet phase 2 parry timings. What an amazing game tho and amazing bosses.
@chaosvii4605 Well laxasia took my about 6 hours to beat on my first playthrough across 3 days, I beat nameless puppet in 1 day and it probably took an hour. I do agree that nameless puppet can blend you much faster than laxasia can, but he's much easier to master. Laxasia has a bunch of shield bashes and different grab attacks and cycles between really fast and slow attacks
that moveset is awesome going to get that handle for NG+.

Both can be easier or harder depending on playstyle 😄
This isnt Malenia 2.0 lol no way, I beat her three tries lvl 80 with max wintry rapier. Malenia took my soul. 💀 Nameless took me 8 and Manus took me 2 all with wintry rapier. Best comparison since they’re practically back to back to back so I’d say shes second by a mile from nameless. Different multiverse from malenia tho, shes comparable to grafted scion at most in Elden Ring.
Not arguing with that lol Malenia took me 20 good hours 💀
How do you make this insane damage? You killed her by like 6 hits
1. use fable arts of the weapon (both blade and handle)
2. use acid
3. deflect her lightning bolts back to her (you can pretty much beat her 2nd phase just by deflecting all her bolts)
4. my ng+ stats at the end of the fight

I use google translate here so bear with me😄 If you block her attacks right at the moment the attack hits you you perform a perfect block which means you take no damage for the attack. Perfect block/guard/parry = no damage. You also need to use perfect guard to successfully block any fury(red) attack.

You can deflect her lightning attacks back to her by perfect parrying the bolt when it hits you @@albertwesker9646
the hardest boss for me is the swamp bastard, it has too many tentacles to know when its attacking or not! i can beat laxasia with no hits in her first phase, second phase is bonkers
swamp bastard has annoying tentacle hitboxes and spills decaying goo all over your face 🤢 lax's second phase has too much fast and janky movement and is rng lottery tbh

Try fighting her at around lvl 80, at lvl 166 u are waaaay OP! U practically drained her HP bar with 5-6 hits per phase.

....This is the hardest? The boss fights like a generic DS3 Dark Knight phase 1, then phase 2, it fights similiar to the The Nameless King but with a unique aerial attack.

How does the weapon have constant acid on it?
not constant. applied acid before entering boss room and again before phase 2. the weapon art of the blade has acid effect tho.
