I'm pleased I've found you.... I have found a workout.... That I can do that fits in with my back injuries and torn ligaments....as I can not weight bearing exercise ATM ... I will be 6 months out of action at least, and with lung damage due to COVID, I am limited to what I can do
Believe me just being able to do these exercises knowing I have had serious injuries but feeling safe doing them and feeling confident and not a failure if I can not complete the full workout has really boosted my confidence.
I am working within the protocols seat by my medical teams and physiotherapists and feel that these inspirational workouts have helped
Having a disabled instructor who encourages you to do your best, is fantastic. The fact that you are made to feel that this is not a race or a competition but a lifestyle change for future health makes me feel that the little steps help for getting my future health.
When my lungs get stronger due to this and I feel a fitter in time ... I may not be able to do much but every gain is a positive
Thank you again for posting these videos on CZcams

would you recommend Portable Fusion Wheel Gym for workouts at home?

I don't, i think it's overpriced and you can get better resistance bands for less money that are more versatile. Get some bands, something you can anchor them to and you're good to go for under 50usd

Any recommendation for a good brand of at home mini hand bike? Thanks for the video!

That's a great question which unfortunately I don't have a good answer for as I've never tried the mini ones before. Having tried other forms of hand cycling, I do prefer using a pole to work out as I think I have a bit more freedom of movement and I can change up the exercises a little more. If you've seen some of my cardio workouts on here, you'll know about them

@@AdaptToPerform definitely! I started using a pole regularly after watching your videos!

What if you have a fatigue issue and a half hour would have you in bed for 3 days? It's really hard to start .... Do I just do 5 minutes, and try that for a few days before I build up?

Exactly that start small and build but also listen to yourself and understand what your limits are.
