I walked through that model a few years ago, will never sell for 1.7 mil. You could of got the same model without all the upgrades and the same pool for under 980k

Everything is perfect.......except, needs one more bedroom in the main house. Casita is perfect for MOM visits. Love all the different sitting areas outside. You would never want to be indoors. Great job Chakits!!!!

Google Toll Brother customer reviews. Worst home building company out there. They show the goods then deliver garbage. I would never ever touch Toll Brothers.
A lot of gimmicks but when you come down to it, they are trying to sell a 3100 sq. ft. house for $1.7 mil. You can get a whole lot more house, a whole lot more features, and a whole lot more value for less money. BTW, love your videos.

I think you finally found my house (in my dreams maybe)!! Love the courtyard design, so much privacy. I would use the 'casita' as my master, closer to the hot tub 😀 Only minor issue is the wall design in the master. Very well put together house and very well staged.

I love the layout of the house and the kitchen is beautiful😍 the master could be bigger wrt the walk in and that the bath does not have a tub. I would sacrifice some outdoor space for the master. Just an opinion. I love your channel and the uploads and I'm learning so much🇿🇦
What a gorgeous home!!! The only things I'd change, wood flooring in the entrance doesn't go with the design, looks like a barn floor and the lights above the dining table are horrible looking, other than that the home is fabulous!
