The homes that you show are the style of homes that I LOVE. I have not found any other channel that has your style of homes and you give so much information on your homes. They make tons of money selling lots, so they want to squeeze as many houses in that they can. I know some people who actually buy two plots and build their house in the middle.
@@starbrand3726 yep. Even if the builder was to say give you 25% more space, that’s a 50% house lot price increase. So your $1.5m house now cost like $2m+

Chakits! When you stepped into the room to move the sliders, it gives a MUCH better perspective to the scale of the house. That's really something to consider adding in the future videos. I would have never suspected that room was THAT large. Seeing you move around in it brings it to life. I know it's difficult for a one man show. Just some ideas to add to your already excellent channel

Chakits, we always enjoy your awesome property tour videos. We like this house because it's all one level; we've lived in a four story house for 30 years and we are so OVER stairs! Meanwhile, we would need to add upper cabinets to the kitchen and a few other tweaks to make this perfect. Though it could work and it's within the budget! Woo-hoo! Thank you for showing us another gorgeous home!

I want the tall skinny statue. Very different kitchen, good thing there is a pantry...love the different shape and sizes of Windows.master is awesome. Nice to see all the little unique designs, keeps it interesting.still like first one best.
I would do the upgrades, because this one is the BOMB!!! The office and wine room, are great, but the wine room, I would turn into a cigar room!! To me, the upgrades are worth it, TO ME!!! Everyone is different.
Gad!!! The ceilings!!! You could add a floor in some rooms, make a false ceiling and add tons more storage.

How the heck does one learn how to design like a TB interior designer. A feast for the senses. I have got to see these models, with a camera and plenty of memory, and equipped with my paint color samples. Gotta to have the proper viewing accoutrements for successful Lookeyloos. And, what a difference from the spec homes you showed awhile back.
I think it is possible to start with a diamond in the rough, and learn from the experts to create a special place.

Chakits, are the prices you quote for the total property (House and Land) or is the lot an extra charge? We called Blue Heron on one of the houses you showed and they said the price quoted was just for the house only and that there is a charge for the lot that is extra. That added almost a million to the price of the property that we didn't anticipate.
It's a guy trying to be like you Danny Lush in real estate But you give great up closet ideas and information.
Love this layout. But with such high ceilings and all that glass, how do you keep it warm in the winter? No wonder they are putting in all the fireplaces. They need all the help they can get.

This is in no way to offend anyone, but if you know anything about real estate , construction, design of you made any kind of comment about cheap materials being used “or it looks cheap” the cost of Stone especially quart has gone up tremendously. Also if you take a look at the finishes like facets they are all high end finishes no corners were cut there. Take the kitchen regardless the quality it is a spec house that people are opening closing all the time. Lower end quiet close cabinets for a mid range kitchen taking all the figures and appliances in as well I’m being super conservative saying the cabinets with that feature is costing you on the upside of $15K. That Wolf 48” dual fuel range alone is $14,000 the ventilation piece above it is $2000+, the wolf side by side fridge and freezer is north of $12,000. The two cole dishwashers $2000 a piece. It’s because Toll Brothers is one of the biggest single family home building company in the country so they can negotiate great prices with high end fixtures. It’s a spec build community, so your not going to find a unique home that really stands out. They are not bad priced for what your getting.

It is less than 1/3 of the size of my new home ( I just moved in ). But I need a home for my friend in this area.This home is nice but the kitchen is too small.
This house is good for 1 person and a small child. The layout sucks. But I did like the courtyard
