This home gets a thumbs up for many of the gorgeous finishes the beautiful nooks...it looks more commercial , luxurious corporate retreat.
Its like living in several showrooms. Id buy it yes but not in a community of identical homes this has to be a stand alone 20-25 acres with a ground heliport in the desert

Fr that 💩 gets annoying. It’s a model home. We dont need to keep hearing the same upgrade over and over and over and over all through a 20-30 minute video. It gets old quick.

Toll Brothers structures are definitely quality builds. I can say that I would surely spend my money with them no questions asked. I'm amazed every time I see the attention to detail in their comfortable builds.💯💯💯👌

Yes. I love the Toll Brothers Design, very tasteful but also simple & modern. Also like the Unique wall designs, double fireplaces everywhere an Outdoor lounge & T.V area's off of almost every room! Its like no matter what room you were showing very inviting an cozy
You do the best on showing Homes. Your description is perfect and your knowledge of the home is far and beyond anyone I have seen on You Tube! Others get it wrong on there description if the house. Thank you for knowing the difference on a under mounted sink and a drop in sink also I leaned a lot from you on cabinets....Great Job!

Toll Brothers is the only builder I would buy from, maybe a couple others but the lower end builders pass. Really considering Las Vegas for retirement but it is getting really expensive.

I have enjoyed the Toll Brothers tours, I just wish they would give buyers the option to have alot of these upgrades in their homes because some of these are innovative.

I once bought a house built by the Toll brothers. I first chose the site and then the model of the house. Many of their model home are upgraded (settings aside from the furnishings and decorations). At least $100K-$300K than their published house prices.
I love this community... I love living in Vegas. Love these upgrades too.
WOW that KITCHEN !!! Nice that it has two dishwashers and the two toilets in the master does it for me . Overall the sq. ft. ya get for the asking price is not bad imo yeah two doors on the master shower just seems logical to me .

Try saying these specific thing's you're looking at can be included as an upgrade so that means it would influence the price point. That sounds more enticing to the client and it sounds more professional.

I will live in & Toll Brothers House 🏠 soon, there Stunning Beautiful. Million$ all bathrooms should have glass doors & every bathroom tile all the way up. Plus more room between neighbors or a very high retainer wall separating the house, need more space. If ur paying for a lot, house then all the upgrades, biggest one being a 35k fire 🔥 place. Come on l Love there homes.
When I specced my Lexus I actually managed to miss off keyless entry (still gotta press that pesky button on the fob) but I'll trade it in in 12 months. Imagine getting the spec wrong on a frigging house! Beautiful place, though. You'd want to just buy the show home, not have to worry about the upgrades.

This home is amazing! But what’s up with the front door being all glass?? Cant someone easily break in if you aren’t home or gone on vacation for a few days? Also the neighbors are way too close for this price
You don’t really have to worry about that in this area. It’s pretty safe over here.
