I've watched a lot of these recently, and I gotta say this one has to be one of the top. The attention to detail is just out of this world.
Blue Heron has such a high level of attention to detail with every community I have seen from them over the years, you can always tell just from photos alone usually if a place was built by them!
I now know them coz of their love for outside showers and those little rocks indoors, gosh what a life to live in a house like this!!!!

This house is just stunning! Woukd love to see what it looks like at night. To actually appreciate all of the LED lighting. If I'm spending 5 to 6 mil, this is exactly how I would spec it. Favorite house so far!
The attention to detail in this $6M house is better than many $20M+ mansions in LA/Beverly Hills...
The outdoors walk ways need railings or concrete mini walls to line the outter edges so something or someone doesn't fall off to their death. You said it perfectly, its dangerous and i don't think railings or mini concrete walls will take away from the design.
My girlfriend and I had Toll Brothers as our favorite, but not after this. BH is on another level with layout and design. Best house on the channel
I tour this house in person on December 2020, and it's already sold out from start. The agent told us that the owner put some of her ideas in this house. congratulation to the owner of this house, May God bless them.

This house is lit! I love the architecture, floor layout and spectacular views of the valley. It doesn't get better than that. I would need a fence around those edges. Just imagine being drunk and falling to your death. The details of this home just blows my mind.

The most coveted item in that house right now was that cabinet full of toilet paper
The home is amazing. Only things I see wrong are
1) the rocks and the spacing between the flooring. It’s a tripping hazard.
2) the very small closet for the downstairs master bedroom
3) the bathroom that had the two door access to it.
4) something to block people from seeing you in your backyard swimming.
Everything else is just about perfect.
Been watching your property tours for awhile now, and this one might just be the most jaw dropping house so far. Unbelievable, but this builder makes Toll Brothers look cheap.

Oh you're right! He does, LOL! I've always thought that dining rooms are a waste of space. I wish they wouldn't divide the house up to to create a dining room. It feels weird to me to eat in a dining room. And that's also why my current home has no separate dining room.

everything is thought out to the smallest detail even at the design stage. This stunning house on the one hand, from the outside is inscribed in the external environment, and the internal spaces are superbly adjusted and finely tuned to the smallest needs of life and work of a modern person in these internal spaces ... and everything is done in such a way that the eye and the body are constantly happy this great infrastructure ....

Personally, one of my biggest pet peeves in home design is those metal circular stair cases. I hate, hate, hate them in a home. They remind me of fire house stairwells. LOL
Damn! I always thought Toll brothers were everything but man when it comes to ultra modern homes Blue Heron are the bomb.
It is a beautiful house no doubt, but the outdoor edges give me anxiety , definitely it needs fencing and installing guard rails.
Not to worry about how long the video's are...there is so much to see....I am saying wow many times too

This is a house that visitors are always trying to come to....can't have that. This is definitely one of my top 3 favs. I need to make a lot more money because I need a house like this in my life. I don't need this house though because it sits on the side of a cliff. I don't do danger.
Gorgeous house, inside and out. It's nuts how detailed everything is. I was thinking man, it would be such a pain to clean that house but if you could afford to live there, you're definitely paying for someone else to clean it 😂. Would really like to see how the place looks like at night with all those LEDs.
The architecture and design is exquisite.
This home is only second in grandeur to the Ultra Modern Million Dollar one in Sevens Hills.
The only issue I have is that the outdoor living area is a major safety hazard. Otherwise beautiful.

Beautiful home but it doesn't warrant the price change, especially for those of us who can work from anywhere and we usually tend to get multiple places in better Beach area's for a fraction of the price with better real estate market projections, too bad Vegas has change so drastically for such a low productivity state.

I agree with the comments...I am stunned the entrance with no railing adheres to building code...but the asthetics of no railing are appealing.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great work as usual Chakits and you're looking pretty sharp in your blazer. Nice property, however, the inside is too dark. Furthermore, the outside living is a hazard if one has children. With that said, the landscaping of the property is outstanding.
