I have to say the Blue Heron really do seem to think of everything, I love the way they utilise day light and pocket doors to give you an open area or you can close sections off if needed. Its a huge house but it doesnt feel sterial or cold either.

It's a no for me as well, I mean look at the pantry there's no way that's a 25 million dollar pantry or even a 25 million dollar home. Blue Heron is just going off they're name and status at this point. And I wish Chuck would just keep it real and call them out on they're BS and stop kissing up to this builder yes they build gorgeous estates but he knows this home is lacking that 25 million dollar touch. He took a look at that pantry and immediately he was out of there lol lol

I think its location that's making mostly home 25 mil not as much architecture itself. That community does have allot overpriced homes and the homes themselves have allot less to offer than there price tag

I agree that he's souping them up, but to be fair, he's gotta be able to secure access to these properties in order to show them to us. He can't trash them and then expect to be invited to show the next one - ESPECIALLY exclusive properties like this one. Cut the guy a break.

I don't understand the river stones around the tub in the primary bath (or even around the sinks). I know that those kind of rocks are a Blue Heron trademark, but at some point there is going to be water spilled in the bathroom that goes into the rocks, and I don't see how to get it out.

WOW, but I was a little disappointed in the primary where the bed was, I was expecting a jaw-dropper. Don't get me wrong overall this house was amazing , especially the master closet, bath and outdoor area but I was expecting more of a "grand " bed area. 9 out of 10

Those penny-round tiles on the walls of the bathrooms were not installed very well. I can clearly see the seams of each sheet of tile (which is about one foot square). I know that penny-round tile sheets are hard to install, but on a $23 million home they should have found someone who knew how to do it correctly.
Marble, where are the marble? Cheap material if you ask me especially the floors, the security guard made me feel unwanted

@@kenichitamagusuku3194 Marble stains too easily and is more prone to crack. High quality quartz is actually just as expensive as most marble or granite. I don't know what to say about your comments on the security, as that is the only thing I liked about the house.

Is there an outdoor pool bathroom? For this price-point, I can't imagine guests in the pool would have to go up the stairs to the upper deck or drip water on the fancy floors just to use a bathroom.

One very important thing is once all the pocket doors are opened, how can the house be cooled with the AC? There are units called air curtains and none found in all Blue Heron homes. Disappointment at this price point.

I just got done watching the tour Chuck and this home is wonderful😊😊😊 all the wood and stone work that was put into this home makes it so welcoming😋😋😋 and the view is so cool talk about relaxing🥰🥰🥰 and what about that master bath with all the plants and skylights that is so awesome😌😌😌 and the living room you can't go wrong there and what about the kitchen I'm at a loss for words😏😏😏 I hear you Chuck we should all be able to buy a home like this but we can't it's just not realistic SIGH😔😔😔 I'm just hoping someday to buy a nice Toll Brothers home in a nice wooded neighborhood or something like that but a home like this is just a dream😒😒😒 it's depressing really but what can you do anyway thanks for the home tour brother we'll catch the next one.😋😋😋

Summit lots are pricey so that explains the $23M price tag. You can get the Blue Heron home that’s never been lived in on Dragon Peak for $16M fully furnished. Depends on the buyer whether or not the price is worth it. I love Summerlin but if I had to choose the best bang for my buck, Henderson here I come. I’d love to see your review on 669 Dragon Peak. A few other channels have done it. But I appreciate your commentary.

It's a country bunkin! Furniture/decorated by children, floors looks like water damage, ea bathroom should be plush & the rooms are average size! I would pay to be at a luxury hotel B4 buying this fixer upper. Cheaply done! River rocks all throughout must be covering up messed up floors. Primary bath is bigger than the bedroom. It's a hot mess and thank you for being gracious 🙏🏽

Our home isn't cheap by any means but you could buy 24 of them for the price of this. Its nice and modern like our taste, but that kitchen is a total let down. I would put money on it, if people saw our kitchen or the kitchen in this house, they'd think ours was the one in the 25mil home. Thanks for the videos. Yeah we used to live close to this place called codo de caza... Was where Kobe Bryant used to live and some other and famous people... It was double-gated but you could get in real easy😂😂... But anyways there were like million dollar homes in there easily...

@@chakits1 The family went to central Va., west of Richmond, so we tried it out. Pretty and quieter but too remote for me. Looking at V. Beach area maybe. (Or a town called short pump)
Ceilings are too low and hallways are too narrow. This house is not attractive at all and the price is way too much. The laundry room is very small for the asking price. The guy showing it is not doing a very good job either.

It's beautiful but those cabinets and closet systems has to go. Cheap products for a expensive house. There should be a outdoor shower and bathroom by the pools. The master bedroom with only one toilet the flimsy decorative walls has to go. The rocks that's not attractive to me the bedroom itself is small. Those spiral stairs would have to go. The second house is a little better with rooms and bathrooms. It's nice overall
