I remember having to choose between lost odyssey, infinite undiscovery, vs the last remnant because i had no money back then. Chose lost odyssey, best choice i made. Then infinite undiscovery few months later, then the last remnant few months after that. All 3 are great rpgs.
True, I agree, I never got to finish Last Remnant, got stuck at the last boss then my 360 RROD'd and was never to pick it back up. "Child gainz ftw" Lost Odyssey was great start to finish would love to play it again, and Infinite Undiscovery I can't remember the plot and game but i did play it

People sucked so hard in this game back in the day blaming it all to the combat system, so they had to do a tutorial video for the remaster, I can't xP
The Combat literally doesn’t make sense though .. on Xbox. But I’ve played this game countless times and love it lol, on Xbox you need to patch most enemies on your journey or else the enemies somehow become stronger than you 😂 it’s so weird

You CANNOT change anyone's equipment except yourself. You can, however get materials so they can upgrade their existing equipments.

The PC version was pretty much a mini remaster in it's own right that had great improvements and ran smoothly, imagine this remaster will have a lot of the improvements they made in it. Wonder if they'll release it to the PC again, since they removed the old version from Steam recently.

Yeah thats why i gave up on FFX i cant stand that stuff.. especially when its the same animation EVERY TIME! Persona 5 aswell.. ugh.. listening to the same 14 second of the same song for 37 hours i just traded it in.

Shame they don’t tell you the other things about combat, like how it punishes you for fighting weak enemies (or any enemies really) that you have to struggle against strong enemies in order to get stronger without maxing out the difficulty and making endgame impossible with hidden systems (at least they were hidden on the 360, for the original pc launch they changed a few things to make life easier but never updated the 360 version. I also find it ironic that a Xbox exclusive’s remaster is exclusive to PS4.)
back then, only in game tut's that guided me and payed it off with butchering The Fallen at BR 40 with only rely on Cachexia and Rush + David Remnant skills to wipe that abominations with only 6 turns. and I'm not a genius.

I prefer it when a game just gives you the option of a tutorial instead of specifically leaving it out or forcing you to do it.

More JRPGs need trailers this in depth! Combat is the #1 deciding factor for me in JRPGs, so this helps greatly.
Playing it at the moment. Great game. It is based on the PC version with the addition of a run button (L1) for towns and dungeons/zones.

It's made by Square Enix (same as Final Fantasy). Pretty fun game when you figure it out but it will definitely test you.
