Might I suggest that you put some screen over the holes under the eaves. Birds will find a place for nests, and you don't need their droppings over everything. Good job.

I've had my mobile home moved so I know how much work it is. It is very exhausting. Not only do you have to dismantle it for moving, then once you get where you are going you get to put it all back together again. I know that you will be very happy when it is all over. It will all be worth it as you will have your very own property. Very excited for you both.

You can always hook up your washing machine in your yard and keep it covered, then use the tried and true solar dryer for your clothes!
