“Why does nobody talk about Tori Kelly?”Finally! I’ve been saying the same for YEARS! I think she is so underrated. Her voice and lyrics are just Amazing. I think, if a few years ago she instead of Megan Trainor had won the best new artist’s Grammy (nothing against Meghan, I love her but Tori’s album was better) the story would be another. She has 2 grammys with her Gospel album which you should check out, but “Inspired by true events” (album where Language is included) is incredible. Her voice is just out of this world live. I would love more Tori Kelly’s reaction on this channel, CZcams in general needs more of this specially when she started on CZcams

Tori just came out with a Christmas album- A Tori Kelly Christmas produced by Babyface! Sooooo good 😌 ALL her albums are amazing, and she won 2 Grammys for her gospel album with Kirk Franklin 🙏🏽 Her first album was self made at home and she started out on CZcams doing covers. She writes all her music 👏🏽 one of the best singers/writers of our generation!!!
Tori Kelly is my favorite singer of all time and I love her music so much. This song and Coffee are two of my favorites. But yes, she's one of the most underappreciated singers ever and it annoys me that she's not more loved.

I first heard about Tori Kelly not from a singing competition but from the movie Sing. She plays the shy elephant who loves to sing but is too shy to sing in front of others. Her voice is magical. I don't hear clear, tinkling notes from very many artists (Maelynn Jarmon is another one) but for me that's what makes her stand out. Unfortunately I haven't seen too much of her on CZcams. Steven, let's fix that!

Tori Kelly is one of my favorite artists ever, and THE GREATEST vocalist of her generation. She auditioned on American Idol Season 9 but did not make it to Live Shows. Her breakout hits were Dear No One, Nobody Love, Should’ve Been Us, and Hollow from her first album Unbreakable Smile. She then released a gospel EP Hiding Place, then followed it up with her second album Inspired by True Events, from which this song, Language, was from. She recently released Solitude EP during the quarantine.
I feel like it needs to be said here lol but Tori Kelly is 1000% the Seahorse on The Masked Singer.
At 11 years old she won the America's Most Talented Kids competition, which led to a record deal that eventually fell through. She then went on American Idol at 16 yrs old (in 2010), made it to Hollywood Week, but got cut before making it top the top 24. She then started hardcore writing songs and posting covers on CZcams, but it wasn't until her cover of Frank Ocean's "Thinkin Bout You" in 2012 that she went viral. She independently released her first EP called Handmade Songs by Tori Kelly in 2012 (all written, produced, mixed by her). She then signed with Manager Scooter Braun in 2013 and then Capitol Records shortly after, releasing her 2nd EP called Foreword. In 2014 she opened for Ed Sheehan and Sam Smith. In 2015 she released her first full album called Unbreakable Smile. Her single "Nobody Love" from that album became her first song to hit the top 100 billboards, but it was her stripped down performance of the song at the Billboard Music Awards that finally sparked some Grammy buzz. She was nominated in 2016 for New Artist, but lost to Megan Trainor. She went on to create several more albums, including a gospel album, which earned her 2 Grammys.

She has always been this soulful and powerful. TK fans know her history even back when she did covers during the OG youtube days when it was just webcams and singers singing covers. Don't even get me started on American Idol not letting her through the judge cuts rounds. But TK fans also know she's a big church girl and even released a gospel album (just before the album that this song is on) where she won her first two Grammys for! That's where she gets her soul from, her church and gospel roots.

shes severly underrated! there is a small community of tori stans called toraays who ride so hard for her! she has won two grammys a little over two years ago so she's known but ppl dont think about her sadly
