I usually try staying quiet for at least the first 2 days of school but I cant help it because the people near me always talk about interesting things or things that I've experienced too

As a person with selective mutism, that one teacher doesn't sound like someone who should work with kids...
14:08 as someone who was born mute and still am mute to this day it kinda pisses me off that he didn’t mention that if you’re disabled like me and can’t talk even if I wanted to that irl like okay. So other clinically mute peeps like me won’t feel like such a burden for not being able to verbally talk.

11:15 Honestly when I had a snow day the option was go to school or start shoveling/breaking the ice off the sidewalk. I chose the do nothing all day. I even got asked why I still went to school in HS on a snow day and gave that answer because my parents philosphoy was "if the school ain't closed and u're not sick u're going" Note I lived like a five minute walk from my school so that probably helped as well. And before I get comments saying "why didn't u just skip?" that's kind of hard when ur mom is a stay at home mom and answers the phone when they call saying u're not in class.

I think I'm just bad luck, but when i helped my older sister moving into her college dorm room, but every time i helped her the elevator was always broken! Its really a workout, dont second guess how hard it is to bring 10 suitcases into a dorm on the 13th floor. And no, the dorm rooms didn't have ovens. But the apartments on campus had ovens.

The part at 19:10 where Robert talks about becoming a better version of oneselves and having to take action to change hit like a truck. For years i've been too scared to take the first step, but this year I did. So far I've seen some small changes wich actually feels amazing! 2 months ago i would have never thought that i would get even 1% better. So for everyone reading this i hope you can find ways to improve yourself! Even if it's something small that's still a massive achievement ❤.
