I have survived my 20's so I can offer some more life lessons - look after your teeth, eat fermented foods, stretch every day, and totally agree with you on sleep, it's so important! Even when my kids were babies/toddlers I prioritised sleep, I'd nap when they did, and sleep in whenever possible. Nothing worse than a tired foggy brain 😪
