- So I was super fortunate to get commisioned to do a Master Chief Helmet from Halo from my buddy Trev! So of course when I get Helmet requests I haven't done I have to do a tutorial on how to make it. I have always the the master chief armor from halo and it brought back so many memories working on this helmet. 3d printing still blows my mind every time I make a helmet from my childhood. What kind of 3D printer do you have?

Awesome work. How does this and the power ranger Helmet feel when you breathe in them? Looks like you don't get much air in them.
The master chief was a commission so I don't have it to know how it does long term, but wearing it in the video and what not it was fine, the rangers I have no issues when I put them on for stream but I've never done a comic con or anything to know if it would be bad for longer
what type of tint did you use for this? is it just standard window tint, I’m thinking of using one way window tint to let the inside be clear.
It was just a gold window tint, one side was silver one gold

Did you have to scale it up or down to fit the head ?
If you read the description on thingiverse they have multiple sized ones on there I chose the newest adult sized one and didn't have to scale it at all but I'm a 7 3/8 hat size if that helps you

What software do you use to cut in pieces the stl !? Thks
I usually use mesh mixer or Microsoft 3d builder to slice them but this one comes pre sliced on thingiverse

@@John-Smith-007 exactly, there are also tutorials on CZcams on how to add keys meaning if you slice the legs off an action figure and want to add a peg for alignment you can

Idk can't really give advice on a process I didn't do, you could try and see
