Very good deal. Glad you are getting some. About the same price as a deep cycle acid battery but will last much much longer.
Those batteries are also great for a complete home solar system. It isn't just for golf carts, RVs or boats. I cannot afford their rack mount batteries at the lowest price of $1300 so I am going to buy these smaller 12v and wire them up in series a little at a time as my $$$ will allow. You gotta do what you gotta do when your funds are low.
You can only connect those 12 volt batteries in parallel, the BMS won’t be able to handle in series. They sell those in 24 volt, 36 volt and 48 volt instead of trying to connect in series. I asked that question with their technical people at Signature solar and that is what I was told. Not designed to connect in series and can cause battery failure or fire. So please don’t connect in series. Hope this helps, not what you wanted to hear but you need to know. Hope you have a blessed day.
@diy-solar-guy So where is the choice of voltage on their site? I don't mind getting something more than 12v at all
@@daviddenson3324 I just looked at their website, they only gave the 12v and 48 volt battery but the 48 volt server rack battery is the same price as the 48 volt battery but there server rack battery has 2 times the amp hours as the 48 volt battery. The server rack has 400 ah as where the 48 volt battery is only 200 ah. Looks like they are sold out on the 24 volt and 36 volt batteries. They are now selling big battery brand in place on EG4 batteries. But the Big battery brand is a lot more. Might have to find other suppliers if you don’t like the selection they have now. Hope this helps. But the server rack battery is like 4-12volt in parallel.

I’ve had no issues with Signature Solar. Been buying products from them for over 4 years. I’ve had no issues with them honoring their warranty on products. I bought products from 3 other suppliers and they would not honor their warranty. When I call Signature Solar for anything, regardless of who I speak with their customer service is outstanding every time and they are extremely helpful with everything. I just returned a product under warranty with Signatures Solar and the replacement will be here in a day or two. I only buy from them because they are the only supplier that stands behind their products with longer warranties. I find their products are very good quality. I even bought several refurbished Batteries and inverters from Signature Solar over last 3 years and the products are still preforming flawlessly. I’m a customer for life. I feel confident when I purchase their products that they will work as described and last and that if I have an issue with any product, they will fix it or replace it or give me a refund. I only buy where I feel confident the supplier will stand behind their products and honor their warranty. Signature Solar is one of the very few I completely trust. @@diy-solar-guy then you’re one of the few. I’ve bought from at least 10 vendors and didn’t have any problems from anyone but a broken dongle and that was replaced quickly by Sol-Ark.

All I can do is share my experience and let people know what it was like if I had an issue and if it was resolved to my satisfaction according to what the supplier stated about warranty. Signature solar did not hesitate to resolve the issue and with me and I am extremely happy with how they handled it. Once again, I hope you have a truly wonderful and blessed 2024.
@@diy-solar-guy When you can actually get someone on the phone i would presume. I have tried calling them with questions and can never get through. Just hold music for a long time before the connection hangs up. But that said I was already planning on buying this battery before I saw your video. I hope it will be a good buy.
Post updates videos after a few cycles, I have the same battery, and after the first cycle, the bluetooth says that the battery is on standby 😢
If not connected and running a load, it will say standby, but as soon as I start running a load it will switch from standby to show amps on load and battery voltage.
I will post videos after I cycle but still have a few more weeks before I will install and use in motor home.
I have this and the older model 3yrs and 2yrs respectively. Still hitting 13.6v after many cycles as trolling mother batteries in series.

These battery have shitty bms. I have 4 x 12volt wired for 48v and 2 of them went into protected mode. I cant seem to get them out of it. The bluetooth connection is almost useless.
These from what I am told were only for parallel use, never to be used in series. They were not designed to be used for higher voltage with the BMS they use it the battery. I’m sorry to hear they will not work for you anymore. I had the same thing happen to me with 12v Battery Evo brand, but they specifically said these could be used in series. I burned out 3-200 amp breakers on the front. They still work but I now only use for parallel applications. Reach out to signature Solar and see if they can help you wake these batteries up again so the BMS will respond. Hope you have a truly wonderful and extremely blessed 2024
