    I like your approach very much. Prospects are not creatures from another planet they are friends, brothers, sisters, moms, and dads. If we follow your approach to people over the phone as being their guide or advocate and keep walking down the path one stone/prospect after the other it will with reasonable effort be as good as it can be.

      You want to find out how long ago they got it and leverage the fact that while you have them on the phone, would it be reasonable to provide one more quote to make sure they were offered the best plan.
