Honestly, we need more Droid armies in Star Wars. They are always so interesting to learn about. The CIS, the IG-88A Droid Rebellion, the HK-50 army, and HK-47's army. Maybe even a cell of Rebel Alliance that is solely Droids but works with the Alliance because of how the Empire viewed and treated Droids.
HK-47 going all Doom Slayer on the HK-50s was also very kickass.

The sneakier droids that CAN slaughter maybe hundreds BUT realize it's quicker an even MORE effective to have Organics kill themselves by the army are the ones to watch out for most.. Palpatine would be proud of he wouldn't be busy electrocuting them to protect himself if any had the gaul to both make it to his time AND try to end him

Would even say the same to Troika's Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines and The Temple of Elemental Evil AND BioWare's Mass Effect 3. "Executive Meddling" and "Christmas Rushing" really should be heavily moderated and outlawed respectively.

If the HK-series droids were already great, then why are they replaced by OOM-series and B1 Battle Droids by the time of the Clones Wars?
Two reasons: One, because the events of the Clone Wars take place thousands of years after the events of the Old Republic (even though HK-47 was still intact by that time-according to Wookiepedia, he was found and reactivated by the Separatists in Mustafar, which resulted in 47 destroying a bunch of Separatist droids before being shut down). And two, because the OOM/B1s are supposed to be trash tier combat droids that can be mass manufactured (to a much larger degree than the HK-50s) because of how cheap they are to make. HK units were far more sophisticated and difficult to produce, so I imagine they would also be more expensive to male.

We need to see more droid army's in future of star wars
There have been parallels between Babylon 5 and Star Wars at times. I recall you compared the original Sith Empire (what the True Sith were envisioned to be) to Babylon 5's Shadows. The HK-50s, however, could be comparable to the Drakh. Both were created by their masters (although in the case of the Drakh, it's more likely they were modified, not created), and both went on galactic-scale murder sprees when their original masters were gone.
I've just noticed that the head design of the HK droids look oddly very similar to a Bionicle's head, which is kinda cool and funny tbh.
It makes sense to me that HK would feel a vehement hatred for the droids based on him. It’s similar to how human beings hate each other even though we’re so similar. The thing is that it’s that similarity that causes the violence because we know what we’re capable of and we’re able to imagine and fear what other people are capable of.
HK-47 actually was created with self-awareness levels, and PRIDE. That was his whole concept, PRIDE.
The way I see it, the ideologies of HK-47 and the HK-50s were very similar. Granted, 47 had a more elaborate goal in mind, but in my opinion the nature of this goal makes it so that the goal would devolve into the HK-50s goal. Judging by how droids are viewed and treated in Star Wars, it is highly unlikely that the meatbags would acknowledge 47 and the HK-51s, so I'm pretty sure that the goal of independence would quickly turn into murdering every meatbag in the galaxy, which was what the HK-50s were trying to do.
So, the way I see it, the real difference between 47 and the 50s has little to do with ideology. The real conflict is all about each faction seeing itself as the superior killing machine. HK-47 considers the HK-50s to be non-unique inferior copies of himself, while the HK-50s treated 47 as an obsolete unit.
If I had to describe the HK droids using Hitman terms, HK-47 is the one who always gets Silent Assassin, whereas the HK-50s are the messy amateurs. :P
HK-47 is honesty my favorite droid in the entire series
I so hope they do HK-47 justice in the KOTOR remake.

The HK-50s are not even close to being worthy of the HK title. Like HK-47 said, they're just dime store copies that refer to meatbags as organics. It is insulting to the HK title to call meatbags organics.

For all the good SWTOR did for the old republic I think a proper kotor 3 could have been better for HK-47 just kotor 2 gave him an actual development he is just something more of a mere hk unit (or at least he is more different of his kotor 1 self) and I would have love to see maybe hk-47 lead the hk-51 to help the republic and revan or maybe our new protagonist
