Oil - 1/2 Cup
Onion- 2 Big Size
Green Chilli - 4Nos (2inch long)
Ginger - 2 Tbsp
Garlic - 2 Tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 2 Nos
Fennel - 1Tbsp
Corainder Powder- 1Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 Tbsp
Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
Water 1.5 Liters
Salt - 1.5 Tbsp
Vada Curry Masala
Cinnamon + Cardamom + Star Anise + Cloves = 1Tbsp (after Grinding everything)

Only people like us from our good old Madras days will know this! I remember my appa use to buy idli and vadai curry and back those days we have to take a container for all liquids. That smell will increase the appetite. My mother still has that sambar thooku!! I miss my old Madras

My kids love this item very much, we wantedly visit this once in 3 months. happy to see our area, faces. Asked my hubby many times to take me in the kitchen to ask the recipe once,but time doesn't permit. You made it for me chef.
