    Always amazed by people who can just... move with the instrument. The second you hear a tone you can immediately play something fitting for it, and my brain tells me "mate you can't even play a 3 note chord properly maybe you should start playing cymbals or something".
    Great, great channel though. Thanks for doing this and inspiring people.

      I’ve always been good at playing by ear. I don’t know how exactly; I just always have. I can hear a song I’ve never heard before and immediately start humming along to it, or hear a drum rhythm and immediately start playing a fitting melody without any issues. I don’t really have to think about it; I can just sit down and play.
      As Maverick says in the new Top Gun movie, “Don’t think; just do.”

    Hello. I am learning Classical Piano and preparing for my grade 3 trinity exam. I would have to travel to aid my ailing father. I wanted to know if I should buy this piano so that I can practise my scales and appregios at least? it looks very easy to carry and compact.

  • @pianohands2

    Is there another compact keyboard - fold up or rolled up style - that you would recommend?

    Hello. Nice video! I was just about to buy it, but it just having a single finger mode was a big dealbreaker for me.

    I'm a guitarist (with a totally different profession) but I am looking to learn the piano. Would you recommend this?

      Going into the ipad maybe be the problem. What programme are you feeding it into?

      Hi, I’m using GarageBand mostly. To elaborate better, The issue is I’m hearing only the tones of the integrated piano but through my iPad speaker the software tones. My solution is plugging a headphone cable in the piano to block hearing the keyboards integrated tones while playing. It works but seems silly

      The speakers sound as it is in the demo as they are recorded from the actual speakers. Small and tiny but usable for home practice or in a hotel when bashing out parts for practice.

    3 things I don't think much of this with carry-on Piano. there are no reviews or anything on what apps or programs will work with Carry-on Piano or, how to connect it via its one and only micro USB port to a midi device.
    2. There are no ready combined chords like you can get on most other keyboards, Yamaha, Cassio, Roland Etc.
    3. Those woodwind and brass voices are awful, they really let the side down and some of the percussion is a semitone out, c# instead of c natural. That wouldn't sit very well with someone wishing to compose a piece of music on this piano featuring tubular bells. You would have to play in a different key to the accompanying rhythms or, you'd have to hook it up to a midi interface, mixer, computer Etc, so you could hopefully, fix that. I'd knock a couple of stars off at least. I really wouldn't recommend it to any professional musicians, but I would recommend it to children over about the age of 5 who aren't as likely to trash it.

    • @AngeloTsocosMusic
      @AngeloTsocosMusic  Před 8 měsíci

      That’s a very generous review from you. I would go further and say ALL the sounds are awful and I certainly wouldn’t even recommend it to any children of any age. I genuinely do think it’s that bad 🫣😅
