I like the purpose-built dual hydraulic press. Great re-use of former excavator cylinder. Also admire the lathe fixture used to mount the castings for line boring. I wonder how many finished units this shop produces in a month? Great video.

The machined part is never complete unless it thrown into the dirt floor. Very low tech accuracy on the most part. However it must work for them.
They are genius at machining with near archaic tools, and looking at thier drill bits it amazes me they cut anything. Fantastic skill with a cutting torch!

Well, that is interesting.. The center section that normally would be a curved shaped cast or rather, drop-forged connection/union, they made this, to be able to only need to drop one hanger/side, instead of being required to drop the whole assembly, both left and the right hangers to deal with any service parts/fixes... interesting... Granted, this setup, although, easier to now work on in this configuration, will be a weaker substructure and will open up for causing stresses on other systems, like the frame itself... But, maybe, due to the terrain there, this is a better option, to be able to only have to drop one side, to rectify a problem, vs, the whole super structure?
I don't know... One would think, RE-ASSEMBLY of a whole unit (left and right side) would go together easier and straighter, if all fasteners/hardware was installed, then stage tightened, to eliminate any binding or tension from misalignments from one side being left alone, an the repaired side not aligning or being forced to align? I don't know, this is a concept I have not seen before, but is interesting... There would be pro's and con's for both direction..

When they first start they must be issued with one ball pane hammer, one lump hammer and a sledge hammer. These are for making technical adjustments to the items that they make. Truly amazing. I enjoyed watching every second of the video. They must be worth their weight in gold to their employer.

Меня другое удивляет в этих пакистанских видео: ТБ отсутствует абсолютно, а пальцы у всех на месте. Что на руках, что на ногах. Хотя даже в литейке разливающие в шлёпках тусуются. Здесь сварной хоть рукавицей и щитком пользуется, а то видел пару раз что просто стеклом на один глаз и варил минут 15

Ones they don't really care about......hence the lack of coolant as they're cutting
I have watched a lot of these videos ..it's easy to laugh, but with next to no tooling or any other equipment that we take for granted, they make stuff ! Similar to what we in the UK once did.. what we have now is service industry..not enough owned by us and certainly not enough exported .. these guy's do good job with what is available 👍
