Lost my Mom on Dec 22 2012, and I tell you, this song brings it all back. But its also oddly comforting. Glad you did it. If you want the other side of Ed, try You Need Me, I Dont Need You recorded in the live room. You will see him work the loop pedal and one man create an entire song and rap over it. Really is a genius recording and was the beginning of Ed cracking in to the music industry. Live room version is definitely the best!

This song is from his album Divide. I was a huge fan of the 2 albums prior to Divide, Plus and Multiply. With Divide I started to kind of lose interest in Ed Sheeran a little bit, because of how much more mainstream the music started to sound. But this song, Supermarket Flowers, blew me away and ever since it came out there has not been a single time I was able to listen to it without tearing up or crying. Such a beautiful song.
Another song that I love off this album is Nancy Mulligan, it's a really fun song.
