Hi. My husband and I also tried for 7 years. I used clomid and conceived. Speak to your doctor for instructions.
Suggest you look into clomid, infact letrazole is better for people with pcos. Also, get progesterone levels checked to see if she ovulates, try to source some progesterone. These are all key things to get pregnant and usually the first line of fertility treatment. Good luck.

Not after ovulation, if you have tried (got intimate) during ovulation. Because we do not want to provide warmth to the embryo that is going to be a baby as that may lead to bleeding/miscarriage.

I’ve use this last month and it had my cycle from 25 to 35 days and then when my cycle came on my opk says I peaked at cd5😱 I normally peak at cd12-15 so I don’t know what’s going to happen now since I peaked so early I guess I’ll wait to see what happens

@@28fabrice yes the cysts in my breast were very irritating to the point they were itching a lot internally and I couldn't get any relief. I went to multiple doctors to have them taken out and they refused. So I had to find other options and castor oil helped. I have not had any itching sensation since and the lump has reduced. How about if you have irregular cycles and don't know when you ovulate or if you ovulate? Should I be using the castor oil just during my menstrual days to be save? I was advised if trying to get pregnant we shouldn't use the castor oil the entire cycle not in luteal phase but before the luteal j can use it.
Best time for irregular cycles is right after menses, i think.
