I miss you Tacloban and some towns of Leyte!
Be careful in the towns next to the mountains in Leyte. One girl told me that with all the rain that they got and an earthquake happened at the same time that it caused a mudslide. I believe it was a city of 1800 people. 1200 people in the city died, including a school full of children. Leyte is hit hard by Hurricanes every year.
The one you mention in your comment sir that is Southern Leyte that there are many children and a school building burried by a mudslide it was happened if I'm not mistaken more than ten years a go.
Tacloban's low investments and limited major infrastructure changes massively slowed the pace of development in this city. Tacloban should explore opportunities to attract investments and implement strategic infrastructure projects to stimulate development.
