  • The moray eel is a fascinating sea creature, a member of the Muraenidae family, comprising around 200 species found in tropical and temperate seas worldwide. Recognizable by their elongated, snake-like bodies and large mouths filled with sharp teeth, moray eels inhabit coral reefs and rocky crevices. They are primarily nocturnal hunters, preying on fish, octopuses, and crustaceans. Moray eels vary in size from the small Snyder's moray (12 cm) to the giant moray (up to 3 meters). Despite their fearsome appearance, they are generally not aggressive unless provoked and play a crucial role in maintaining marine ecosystem balance. Some of the renowned moray eel species such as giant moray, green moray, spotted moray, chain moray, chain moray, sharp-tail moray, turkey moray, white mouth moray, yellow mouth moray, laced moray, zebra moray, geometric moray, snow flaked moray, ribbon and many more is presented in that relaxation film.
