*update-Summer 2023....it's broken!! off to my son for repair. The heat probe broke so it turns the cooker off before the cycle is done. =(

Just got this same one and watched your video on how to remove condensation cup and steam vent to rinse before cooking for 1st time. I did not want to pull out those 2 items and end up breaking them beforehand! You are right about the extra steam water possibly running into the plug area. I will have to keep an eye on it if it does that. Thanks for the valuable video!

My Aroma that was ten years old just went kaput and need a new one. I want to get another Aroma, they make great products! Was going to get this one (it looks really nice) but quite a few reviews stated that E-2 error codes come up a lot and that the latch breaks. Purchased the aroma professional plus, will receive it in a few days. Great video thanks for posting, sorry to read that you had trouble with your cooker.
