Christmas Special Plum Cake Recipe | Eggless & Without Oven | Easy & Delicious Plum Cake Recipe
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Soak The Fruits:
1/3 Cup Orange Juice
¼ Cup Black Raisin
¼ Cup Dates
2 Tbsp Golden Raisin
¼ Cup Tutti Frutti
2 Tbsp Red Cherry
2 Tbsp Green Cherry
Mix Well
Soak For 1 Hour
Caramel Syrup:
2/3 Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Water
Cook Until Caramelized
½ Cup Water
Cook For 1 Min.
Cake Batter:
¼ Cup Milk
¼ Cup Oil
Mix
1 Cup Flour
1 Tspn Baking Powder
½ Tspn Baking Soda
1 Tspn Cinnamon Powder
Sieve
Caramel Syrup
Mix
Soaked Fruits
Mix Well
1 Tbsp Almond
1 Tbsp Cashew Nut
1 Tspn Orange Zest
7 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper
Pour The Batter
Cashew Nut & Raisin
Place A Pan With Wire Stand
Pre Heat For 5-7 Min.
Place The Mould
Cook For 35-40 Min.
Demould The Cake

Hi tried this recipe came out really well made some alterations like i added milk powder cocoa powder spice mix containing nutmeg clove cinnamon cardamom ginger powder n soaked the dry fruits for 24 hours and baked it in oven @170 for 30 minutes 👍

@@world-of-susan. kindly follow the same ingredients as given in the description along with that add the following
Milk powder -2 tablespoon
Cocoa powder-2 tablespoon
Nutmeg powder-1/4 teaspoon
Clove powder-1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder-1/4 teaspoon
Cardamom powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Dry ginger powder-1/4 teaspoon
Dry fruits soaked in orange juice for 24 hours
