The sketch eye liner i bought from nykaa, it was dried and the pigmentation was not great....the tip was great though. I am not sure , if mine was like that only or not.
You have to check constantly there main website it came in stock i just bought it 6 days back and now it is out of stock so keep checking there main website

Try mars sketch eyeliner pen it's much much better than high ends
