Loved to see how both of Rowena and Felicia's skins reacted to each other's routine. I have an oily skin and for a while only used products for oily skin. I once broke out during the winter time because the weather was really cold and dry, and my skincare was drying me even more. I have now switched to a skincare for drier skin (as for cleanser, toner and mosturiser) and kept my oily skincare only for masks and serums. It's been working wonders, couldn't be more happy with the products you recommended that i'm now using 😊
I'm interested in seeing the follow up -- how each of your repair your skin, treat acne, etc after doing this!

This honestly is one of my favorite videos by you guys!! I know it’s not as informative but it was just so fun and adorable to watch and time freaking flewwww. I’m obsessed with toner/essences and am wondering what is the closest product you love to the Amore Pacific? I’ve tried SKII (not that that’s CHEAPER), From Nature AGE, Niod Superoxide Dismutase, Fresh Black Tea Kombucha, May Coop Raw Sauce, and although I liked them all, none of them made me repurchase.

I also love the pk acne gel.. I bought after I saw it in one of your last videos. But I have dry skin and it just isn’t enough hydration for me. It is a beautiful lightweight moisturizer and then ingredients are lovely and I could see why an oily skinned person would be perfectly suited with it

Fun video ✨ It shows that if you know your skin and what it likes, you don't really have to look at the labels on products (it's often just marketing anyways). Even tho I'm combo-oily I still like a heavier cream at night 🌙

I am following Ro's routine because I also have dry & dehydrated skin. My routine currently consist of Krave Beauty matcha hemp hydrating cleanser, Laneige cream skin refiner, Krave Beauty great barrier relief, Dr.Jart+ tiger grass cicapair cream and Krave Beauty beet the sun. Plus 1 active on alternate days: The Inkey List tranexemic acid or The Ordinary granactive retinoid 2% in squalane or The Ordinary ascorbic acid 8% + alpha arbutin 2%. For spa night, I put on The Ordinary 30% AHA / BHA 2% peeling solution once a week. The Fresh lotus youth preserve dream night cream is on my cart. But I have to say, my skin is still feeling tight so I end my routine with The Ordinary 100% plant-derived squalane and still on a hunt of thicker moisturizer. Still, I am grateful because my skin absolutely transformed and my skin barrier is on the verge of being restored 🤗😍 Thank you, girls!

I love these girls so much-and I’m so grateful for the knowledge I’ve gained from watching their channel -but every time they do routines on camera I’m always aware that they never apply their routine to their neck. I’m probably 10+ years older than these girls and they don’t “need” it right now, but I notice it every time.

I love the tiger grass cream I have combo skin in the summer and even though I’m break out prone (hormonal on my chin) it is soooooo soothing I just use less when my skin is a bit more oily. I use it at night in the warmer months and then in the winter my skin is really dry so I’m constantly slathering it on 😂😂

I have oily skin. I used Dr. Jart cream and it had some weird reaction for me. It applied super moisturizing but then hours later dried and flaked my skin.

I’ve been going to a dermatologist as of late because I always thought I had combo oily with dry patches and slightly sensitive skin. However I don’t know if it’s a new concern or I didn’t notice what was wrong but my skin is always so tight around specific parts of my face even after I do my skincare. I started using very heavy creams at night but I still feel the tightness especially at night. I feel hydrating essences and hyaluronic helps it but doesn’t make it go away. I also tried nanicidimide but it caused bumps around my mouth. Now my dermatologist is having me only use a simple cleanser, moisturizer, azaelic acid, vitamin c and spf for the day. Then cleaner, moisturizer and retinol every other night. Not sure how that would help my concerns because my face is still tight feeling but can become a grease ball a few hours later.

I share the same sentiment. Regardless of how hydrating and moisturizing the products I use + facial oil, I still struggle with tightness around my lower cheeks down to my laugh lines even if I simplified my routine 😔
I also had problems with always feeling a little tight around the mouth and on the forehead and it honestly felt like nothing helped (glycerin, HA, thick creams)
Can’t afford a esthetician and a dermatologist felt overkill
For me a specific serum helped a lot but I still don’t get why (or, well, it doesn’t contain some of the things I thought was a “must”). So I’ve stopped questioning things too much
It could be your water, hard water can dry you skin really bad. Try using wstrr softener. Or maybe hydrate inisde, drink 10 glasses of water everyday, the supplements that hydrates skin like collagen, vit c and d3. Hope it helps.
