Rear passengers seats in completely darkness, but front driver has such a good ambient. Make no sense.

Tbh, i would exchange the screen for the ambient. So useless for a short drive in the city.

If the screen is in use, they could disable or dim the lights so it wouldn’t disturb…

They are but just to fix a mistake you made for a car its not LED lights its actually Ambient lighting.

They should have extended to the rear passengers! I feel they got left out a bit.
Not only are they trying hard to take the joy of driving away from you, but they are also trying to make sure you never experience the joy of the dark at night.

Indeed it is pathetic. It is to distract from the fact that under the surface the older cars are much much better
its not really a luxury feature but more so of a rare feature. the sonata and elantra has this but only in a few trims. this car isnt considered luxury because of the lights but more so of the amount of comfort and styling. luxury isnt defined by one thing and you dont seem to know much about luxury
Quality remain unmatched tho. They own Roll Royce, don't dorget. Try a 7 serie in passager and you willl understand how luxurious this car is.

2 things missing. One - they seem to have forgotten the front passenger. No screen for them or controls? Need it to be a co-pilot. Then I am told they didn't do a rearview mirror camera. So when the theater screen is down you cannot look out the back window. Very shocking an engineer didn't think about that. But man what a machine!

@@sauravallen everything I have read says they did not do a camera. BMW was even quoted as saying something about there is sensors and side mirrors and they didn't think it was an issue. I would think it be a law that the screen is so big and blocks all view that you would to have a camera.

I think there has to be an option to dim those lights to lowest or shut it off. Well my BMW E60 has option to dim interior lights to bareilly seen.
