2 avocado, diced
1 small red Onion, sliced
11/2 Roma tomatoes
1 cucumber
2Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2Tbsp lemon juice
1/4cup (1/2bunch) Parsley or cilantro, chopped
1tsp sea salt or 3/4 tsp table salt
1/8 tsp Black pepper
