I'm a police officer in Brazil, and here 477 officers were killed in 2016. It's Sad, and It's a dangerous way of Life, we need to take care each other. Policeman for life!

The memorial in Washington last night was very emotional and moved my fellow officers and I to tears. Seeing our brothers' and sisters' names , forever engraved, in the National Monument moved us to tears. As I returned home today from my travels and watched this video, I was again moved to tears. If you haven't been to DC for the memorial, GO. It's an incredible experience for both officers and civilians. #NeverForgotten

2017 so far: 43 Killed (+23%): 15 gunshot(-6%), 18 automobile related (+50%), 3 9/11 related illness, 1 Drowned, 2 Assault, 2 Heart Attack, 1 from exposure to toxins, and 1 from other duty related illness.

I lost a great friend who was a rcmp member March 4 2005 rip brother
They risked there lives for us and there family I feel what the family feels when there parent died because it happened to me before.
