3/3/2023 Received a call from work calling me in for the next day to relieve the current shift. One of our officers was down. This brings me to tears every single time. I’m a dispatcher and the officers are all MY officers. The same goes for my firefighters and medics. I’ve heard “shots fired” and I’ve heard the sound of an officer in a physical fight when his radio was bumped. I’ve also heard a “mayday” from my firefighters and the sound of my medics screaming for police due to a combative patient. Thankfully they’ve all made it home.
My niece is a Deputy who was murdered in the line of duty May 6, 2023 when a POS 2x felon shot her when she was trying to help him out of a ditch. The first time I heard this song was at her service and it was such a searing pain. I have listened to it over and over, for it captures the unfathomable grief our family is experiencing. Badge 8835. We love you Kaitie Bug!
RIP Sister from the fire side makes me sick cuz these sob think it's ok then they cry wolf when we come back at them hard and there family does the same when u got father mother sister brother son and daughter nieces and nephews uncle and aunts and cousins and friends who bleed the same blood and now we have to deal with a loss I know the fire and law enforcement and EMS we love to give each other a hard time but when one is lost in Line of duty we are one remember the fallen and welcome them home Father to heaven to all who payed the ultimate sacrifice
My partner was shot and killed less than 2 weeks ago.... his name was Mareo Bell. He gave his life protecting people alone in a gunfight with over 100 rounds fired. We are High Threat Security Officers. His Badge # was 104. Love you brother. Got it from here.
Sir u mean is name is when u put was means ppl will forget his name always remember the great ones ill remember his name from ur post thank u for ur service also
You don't have to wait to start the journey to be a firefighter. I have been involved in several fire departments since I was 13, and I'm 18 now. Start now and get the training so you can trust your instinct when it comes down to you and only you. Brotherhood of the Thin Line!
I know your comment is over a year old so I doubt you will see this ....but you need to know that there will always be people that will stand beside y'all. It's easy for people to say stuff like "they signed up for the risk" or "its their job, they aren't doing anything special" but they are wrong. You signed up for a career where you never know if you are making it back to your family at the end of each day. They don't stop to think about situations where someone that intends to harm an officer makes a false 911 call to set a trap.
Hi I am from Germany and have no one in the police, armed forces or fire department. But the song still moves me a lot . Because, in my opinion, men and women around the world are still not thanked enough for their willingness to make sacrifices without taking their own health or lives into account. God bless them all.
Sorry for your loss, i lost my brother in a structural fire, he was on my crew and we went in and the roof collapsed on him and missed me, im a volenteer structural fire fighter as was my brother, i lost him 3 months ago because someone enjoyd lighting houses on fire
Just heard this song today for the memorial of Burnsville, MN fallen police officers (Responders- two police officers & one paramedic). Such a beautiful & sad song that honors our heroes. God bless them 🙏
Adam, Matt, and Paul, you 3 will live on in our hearts and minds as heroes. What you 3 did to save those 7 children will never be forgotten. To your families and friends, I am sorry for your loss, but thank you for the gift you gave our community. This is one of my greatest fears every time my brother- in -law puts on his uniform. I pray my sister and our family never get this call. 🙏🏼 😢
I'm a former LEO and firefighter/EMT. I felt it was my obligation to go to this service and procession to honor those that gave the ultimate sacrifice. I've been to way too many of these. It never gets easy to do. Thank you for your service and sacrifice 😢
@@christopherstone9046 Thank you for your service sir. God bless you 🙏 Our hearts are deeply saddened for this terrible tragedy of our fallen heroes. They lost their lives saving the innocent. There is so many other responders suffering because of criminals such as the one that took their life. We need to pray for all of them.
@@KarenSandt5757They truly deserve to be honored and respected. I bet you’re from Minnesota, as well as I am. Our state has suffered greatly from these kinds of tragedies. Our heroes have suffered at the hands of criminals that should have never been on the streets. I pray for them daily. Minnesota truly is not what it used to be , as well as the whole country. Very sad!!! Karen thank you for honoring the fallen too. We need to always tell them thank you and to teach our children to respect them.
This song really hit home. My husband was a Military police officer, he not only worked with the military , but also with the Canadian Border Patrol and local law enforcement. At his funeral, there were miles of lights from patrol cars ( U.S & Canadian), fire trucks and ambulances. To this day ( 20 years later), I still tear up when I hear a 21 gun salute.
I’m a former LEO. This song hit home in so many ways. Not just for me, but my wife as well. With the current state of the world I could no longer do it. My wife and family is my priority. Love this song, as sad as it is. I’m so humbled by Hannah’s cousin’s sacrifice, and her tribute to him. Officer Ellis is 10-42. Rest In Peace my Brother. From one road dog to another, I’ll see you other the other side brother.
Although my husband was not a police officer, he was murdered. This song touched my cracked soul. I love all my police officers even when I get a ticket for speeding. I'm sorry to all the families that lost one of our heroes. Especially at this moment in time when our officers are a target because of a few bad apples. Be safe out there.
My husband is an LEO. Last night as he was leaving for work, we were angry with each. And for the first time in years we didn’t kiss each other goodbye and do our I love you’s. I heard this song for the first time this morning. I sobbed. When he comes home he’s going to get his hug and his kiss and his I love you. Life is too short. I live in fear of that knock all the time. Thank you 💕
Hang on to him while he's with you, ma'am. I don't believe the life of an officer's wife is easy, but I do believe that you are his greatest strength. May God bless and protect you both.
@@kelseyjeffries5784 that's amazing. I'm so happy for you. credit to your husband for doing his job despite police officers being hated so much. Pollice officers put their lives on the line every day along with other first responders, but police officers are hated so much. if there were no police officers rime rates would be really bad. police officers do good things and I support them. sure some cops od bad things put 99% are good honest people who help people out and stop crime and do good. your husband is an amazing person and i wish him luck. he is risking his life for his community and will always be honored dead or alive along with every police officer. may you both life a long health life and may your child grow up do live a good life and be a good person like your husband. may god bless you and your husband
NorthernFire do you....not read dates? It was three months prior to your comment. That was extremely disrespectful and insulting for you to do that, because more likely than not he is telling the truth. Also, it doesn’t inherently mean he was killed in combat
I serve in the Detroit Police Department. Its crazy out here, but I manage. I regret joining the department of the most crime riden city in the state but I will keep fighting for my community.
Former Deputy that lost 4 of his brothers....in a relatively small department....just came across this song for the first time....glad no one was around 😭 ....Rest in peace my brothers....your sacrifice will never be forgotten....
I am not a country music fan, but I am a police officer, and this is a beautiful song. Thank you Hannah for creating this. May God bless you and your family and your officer down.
How it saddens me that our policemen and women don't receive the honor and appreciation they so richly deserve. What a mess this once proud nation would be in without their dedication to keeping us safe. God bless them and their families.
I want to know where are all the protesters and politicians are when our heroes are taken from us? Has this country fallen so far down the moral ladder that we encourage people to kill the peacemakers and award the people with no brains or courage that kill them? Shame on all of you.
Agreed. Law enforcement officers work so hard to help us throughout our lives and there are 76 dislikes? Those cold souls have no appreciation for those who risk themselves for our benefit.
Regarding the people shot... police have dangerous jobs and most of hem shoot in self defense since there are so many violent criminals and offenders out there. Think about if you an officer in that situation... you probably would have shot also. You don't know how it feels to be a police officer, to go through the harsh training, and how worried their families might be about whether or not they will come home or not. Just think about it, no need to reply with a harsh comment. I"m only stating my opinion..
😢 Beautiful. Thank you for creating this beautiful song. I know it’s been many years but sending you heartfelt thoughts and prayers. I listened to this for the first time today 2/28/24 as it was played at the memorial service for the 2 fallen police officers and 1 paramedic killed in the line of duty in Burnsville MN on 2/18/24 while responding to a domestic child abuse. The memorial service is aired on CZcams and was on TV. The procession is going on as of this writing.
We just lost two young officers yesterday in Australia, one only 8 weeks out of the academy and neither above 30, amazing how this song still hits home across different countries.
Even though my Officer is serving by Heavens gates now, my heart will always belong to him and I will take the watch for him and all the ones who have laid their lives bravely down. Thank you to every officer out there!💙
I would like to say something about police officers. And for those of you who are police officers and read this. Don't be humble. You men and women are hero's. Nothing less. You get up every day and strap on your uniform fully aware that any encounter could cost you your life. Yet you are willing to lay it all on the line for complete strangers. You men and women stand for all that is beautiful about this country and I salute every last one of you for your service. You are incredible human beings by every sense of the word. May you all be safe and return home to your families safely every night.
I currently serve this great country in the army. But for the truth to be told. These men are the true hero’s.. every day they get up put that badge on knowing they will be ridiculed hated, sometimes loved. But also putting their lives on the line for people they don’t know. It’s what I think makes a true American. The person willing too give his life for those he didn’t know.
Iam retired and late at night I often wonder ..Did I do any good over all those years ? The things I did and saw , what a life it was . Thank you for your compliments . I wont say I was a hero but ..I served with quite a few of them ! .
Dakota Thoms we are a very judgmental people. Reality is sometimes missed. But at the end of the day Americans will help other Americans hell even non Americans if they need it. It’s just our culture. But we make mistakes a judge the officers based off the few mistakes some made or bad things they have done.. so I agree with your statement
kowalski Van t just remember why you joined.. if you joined for good reasons and keep those reasons to your heart. That determines whether we Did our job right.
This song hit really close to my heart. I lost my daddy the summer of 2020. He was a police officer. He was my hero. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think about you. I miss you like crazy and I love you daddy
czcams.com/video/yA65tArWSp4/video.html PS-....and because you quote the Holy Bible; Matthew 24:48-51 New International Version (NIV) 48 But suppose that servant(cop) is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master(Jesus) is staying away a long time,’ 49 and he then begins to beat his fellow servants(citizens) and to eat and drink with drunkards(trustees/politicians drunk on power). 50 The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. 51 He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites(to protect and serve?) where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
On November 19, 2022, I lost my 23 year old son, a Wilmington Police Department officer, to suicide. This song hit me like a tonne of bricks. I can't stop listening to it. I love you Sayer 💙🖤 Please, First Responders, if you are in need of help, reach out. It's never too late!!
I am so sorry. I was a volunteer first responser (medical), so I understand what can happen to the people who respond when someone calls 911. I know what it's like to lose someone like that, and there's just no way to wrap your head around it. It's just a heavy pain you're given unexpectedly, and there's no answers, no solace, no absolution.
I heard this song for the first time today also after honoring our lost officers and fire firefighter in Burnsville, Mn. Pray for our protectors that help us in so many ways.
Yesterday was a rough day. The shooting was around the corner from a friend. My dentist assistant daughter lives across the street and her kids played with their kids. Then the memorial service was at my church, Grace Church. It couldn’t get any closer 😢❤️🙏
My dad was a corrections officer for 10 years and a fireman since he was 18. The amount of fireman and officers that have became family amazes me. Throughout my life I have lost track of how many funerals I have been to between law enforcement and fire. My dad and I don't get along but seeing him lose another brother that has become family hits all of us. For them family isn't blood family I the ones who have ur back and risk their lives to protect their families and other people families
I did 26 years , now my Son and Daughter-in-law serve .God bless all those that had to die in their uniforms , and God protect all those that will be out there tonight .
My dad served in the South African Police Service and there were times he would storm into our house out of breath after a domestic issue in town. I am still very happy to have him around but I salute all service men and women who layed their lives for their communities
THIS COMMENT IS FOR EVERYONE IN THE MILITARY, OR FIRST RESPONDERS AND MEDICAL STAFF! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE! THANK YOU FOR PROTECTING US! THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!
I love this so much that I hate it, Time stood still while he was at our hospital... You're an amazing singer and he was.. IS an amazing man and Officer, R.I.P Brother
Until you have actually seen patrol cars flying down your block, stopping in front of someones house, cops running up to the door, bringing a hysterical wife. to a car and racing her to a hospital, this song will REALLY hit home. BTW, to all the dislikes. I think we all know what you really are.
Made me think of that ambush a couple months ago. Two officers ambushed on their lunch break, both were taken to a hospital. Rioters cheered for their deaths outside while a little kid prayed their mommy would pull through. Pisses me off there are people that sick in the head
I don't usually leave comments but I'm an Ex Firefighter and I've been listening to this song on repeat the last week or 2 to deal with stress and PTSD I lost 3 of my squad mates My Brothers to a structure fire 3 months ago now I'm 21 and they taught me what it meant to serve our community my prayers go out to their families, to my fellow Firemen, and to the 3 brave Men that tragically left us to go to a better place. #RedLineIsLife
Man. I am sorry for your loss. I am HEAVILY involved in EMS, and want to be a Paramedic. I have soo much respect for my brothers in blue and red. #ResLineIsLife Man, I hope you feel better, and thank you for doing what you.
As someone in law enforcement and a volunteer firefighter, you have my condolences. May the Lord help you find peace, and may you be safe all the days of your life.
Over the last 4 years my department has had to hear that final call twice. It ain’t easy losing friends regardless of how they died. Especially once you get into the family that is the fire service or law enforcement or EMS, it is even harder.
Thank you from the daughter of a 33 year police veteran. I have watched my dad have to bury his friends and coworkers and it never gets easier. Thank you for writing this beautiful song for the family/friends/coworkers of the fallen officers who protect us around the world.
I don't normally comment but I'm a felon did my time and had a baby and changed my life and I have much respect for our officers and this brought me to tears
Congrats on turning your life around. As a current law enforcement officer, I’m proud of you and people like you who overcome their past and lead great lives.
I love this song so much. ❤️💙 My mother’s worst fear was always waiting for that knock at the door from the other officers, signaling that my dad wouldn’t be coming home. Now, that I am an EMT/firefighter, the sound of sirens scares her just as much, wondering if the next call she gets will be about me.
This song hits home today🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤 We lost 3 heroes last week and they are being laid to rest today♥️💙♥️💙🙏♥️💙♥️💙 thank you to ALL FIRST RESPONDERS for making the sacrifice that May not let them come home 🚓🚓🚒🚑🚓🚒🚑
I have a cousin and aunt in the Police force and I dread watching the news and hearing one of them were harmed or one of my other family members calling and telling me that something happened. This song hits home.
I began listening to this song when I've heard the blaring of sirens. I looked up and it came from a Police cruiser as it raced to the call. I don't know what call s/he/they were responding to, but this seeming, coincidental happening gave this song a greater impact for me. God bless all LEOs and their families, including those who have lost their loved ones in the line of duty.
The State of Minnesota on Feb 18 in the City of Burnsville had two Officers and a Fire Paramedic murdered during a domestic call , such a tragic loss , this song is so tear jerking 👮🏻♀️👮🏻♀️👨🚒🙏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸
I'm so glad that someone finally used the correct word ! These 3,First Responders were MURDERED... and yes ,they saved 7 children who should not have been there. RIP HEROES 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
As someone who wants to be in this line of work, I have mad respect for our first responders and law enforcement, the words thank you can't express the amount of graditude and respect I have for y'all but most importantly the love I have for y'all an officer the night my Vietnam Veteran grandfather died cared enough to ask me if I was okay I was 3 at the time. Mad respect for y'all
Daniel Ellis, the officer who was shot and killed on duty in Richmond KY, I believe was Hannah's Uncle. Such a beautiful song tho. May he rest in peace.
This video makes me tear up but my message to you is that officer Ellis will not be forgotten his sacrifice will live on in those who wear the badge,I pray for you and your family. Blessed be the peacemakers for they shall be called the children of God. Matthew 5:9 ,No greater gift than this that man lay his life down for love John 15:13

I tell my rookies that there is nothing out here worth them handing your loved ones a folded flag. Fight hard, fight smart and win the damn fight....that night those words came screaming over the radio "OFFICER DOWN! OFFICER DOWN!" and I heard one of the strongest and bravest men i ever known voice crack as he sobbed over the radio........this song has tears pouring down my face. First rule of police work- go home at the end of your shift. Second rule of police work- make sure your partner goes home. There's no take backs out here and there's so many now that rejoice when one of us falls. Win the damn fight!
I am 18 and from a police family, my father and uncle now retired I am forever greatful they're home but when one falls it's felt by everyone...its a brotherhood when you lose someone it's the loss of a family member, to those active, retired, and who gave their lives thank you
My brother was a 911 dispatcher. He died last year in December. He was just 23 when he died. I just now found this song and it’s so sweet that they’ve made songs for the first responders but it’s still so heartbreaking to me.
I wanna be a police officer. I will become a police officer someday. In a few years from I will be a police officer. I am an only child of a single parent. I love my Mama with all my heart. She doesn't say it but has told me she doesn't want me to become a cop. But she knows it's my dream and I want to more than anything in life. I fear falling in the line of duty yes. So does she. If something happens to me then something happens. I worry that someday my mama will have to get that call Although. Deep down I know in a heartbroken way she'll be proud. To know her daughter gave her life to save if not try to save someone else's. Just like the way she raised me.
Ford Girl For Life same. I want to be an office because my mom was in dispatch for 18 years. She was going to be a road officer. Dispatch just offered the job first. She has already told me she does not want me to be boots on the ground.
Here it is, June 2020. This song is still so relevant right now. I, we, pray for Americans to gather and decide to do the right thing in order for us to maintain and sustain . God bless America. And God bless our men and women in Blue.
My dad retired from Las Vegas Metro he died 6 years ago this song really hit me to the core. My heart breaks for every officers family that have to lay them to rest. My nephew just graduated from the police academy at the age of 24. We are a very proud LEO and military family. Beautiful song. God Bless the Blue Lives and their families who sacrifice as well
Tim Barnes, I may never know why your mindset to say such a thing about a fallen officer and a good friend but I hope that whatever hatred you have may be lifted by the Holy Spirit because I would hate to see you standing in the gate of heaven begging for mercy as god reigns down justice to you. Btw it’s a real jerk move to find songs about fallen officers just to say the things you said.
For all of the families and officers who laid their lives on the line for the rest of us, I am extremely sorry for your loss. I thank them for their service and dedication to protect and to serve. But, I know, that doesn't erase the emptiness and the pain that they aren't there or here with you. I keep hearing that time heals all wounds. When the truth is, it doesn't. You will always have that loss and hurt. But, because of that pain, you have become a stronger individual. Remember them with all of your heart. Remember the love that brought you together. Remember that they will always be right by your side....no matter what. God Bless!❤❤❤❤
I’m just a teenager now, but ever since I was a kid I’ve always wanted to become a police officer, and I do still think about it, but every time I hear this song reality sets in. Thank you to all First responders, especially during COVID. Remember to always thank your first responders when you see them.
December 3 1966 Sargent Stanley Van Tuinen shot and killed in the line duty my dad was 14 hes 70 now nwver got to meet him. Love you geandpa see you in heaven wait for me be their eventually when Jesus calls me home
I’m proud of my Dad he was a Sergeant in the police force for 30 years he still struggles every day I can just see it in his eyes this Song is very Moving I’m so proud of you Dad This Song sent chills down my spine like I haven’t felt before
Just yesterday, a policeman in my country (Taiwan) sacrificed to protect the people on the train. I am very sad. Because my family is also a policeman .
My father has been an Idaho State Trooper for almost 30 years now. I thank God that I've never gotten a call like this. I cant imagine what it must be like to go through this. Thank you to all law enforcement and their families. Amazing song Hannah!
So this song popped up my my recommended page today, March 22, 2021 at around 1pm EST today. Less than 4 hours later, Boulder, CO had a mass shooting, claiming one officer's life. I dont know if this is coincidence, but it hit me even harder when the news broke and looking back. RIP Officer Eric Talley. We may have one less hero, but you will never be forgotten. o7
I have been a LEO for 21 years and attended several funerals for my brothers/sisters in the blue line (two of which were friends). God bless them and your song. You honor them and all of us. You have a beautiful voice and I'm glad you support us. Back the Badge!!
The pain, of losing a family member, to HEARTLESS people, I know that feeling, My granddad was shot while performing a traffic stop, My dream is to become a Sergeant, Like he was, All Officers who are shot are remembered, and always will be.
I love your comment so many people in this world hate L.EO’s.... Just last year 134 were killed in the line of duty and another 112 committed suicide. It is nice to see more people that will help them and love them.
@Cold That doesn't change my stance on them though. I do believe that the officer was in the wrong with what he did but few bad officers do not speak for the many good ones.
This song has helped a lot of people, with tough situations within my community who have lost family members, who were first responders this song means alot to them, thank you so much for helping them get through those dark times.
I have no end of respect for those officers who give their lives in the line of duty. I'm out here training to defend my nation when I get a notification. a thousand miles back home, where I was born and raised there were officers down. 3 officers responded to a call.... two of those officers did not make it home to their families that night. one pulled through in the hospital... my thoughts and prayers are with the families of those officers... they paid the ultimate price to protect others...
I know it's been a few years since you lost your Officer down, but I also know it was just yesterday to you. My mother's maiden name was Ellis, and I feel a kinship. I spent 21+ years as a Peace Officer and I want you to know that your loss was a loss for all of us. May God keep you and bless you always.
As much as I hate how this song was made, how there was a need to create this song in the first place.... It's a beautiful tribute. Thank you to all of our public servants, you're all a special type of person, all of you, PD, EMS and FD, it's a trait that many people do not have. It's a trait I wish to have in the future... Keep it up, thank you all, again! All gave some, but some gave all.
I currently just got out training to be a police officer in the state of Alabama. I lost my uncle who was a police officer in the city of Andalusia. Thank you for such a beautiful tribute. My girlfriend wakes up everyday with me just to tell me she loves me, because you never know when it could be your last. For all you other fellow officers, God Bless you guys and women. Thin blue line! I do it so my loved ones and others loved ones can have a safe environment! All of us bleed and can be killed just as easy as any other human being. I just wish all this hatred would end.
I was friends with a police officer who was killed in the line of duty and the line it's my officer down makes me thi k of his wife who was pregnant and she delivered two days after he was killed, so this song is personal not because of my friends who are officers but I have family who are too!
In our crazy world these days, I believe that this song is very appropriate, appreciated, and hopefully, some comfort to the families of fallen officers. My sister had a best friend who's husband who a New Orleans Police Officer a while ago, and I think of him and his family each time I play it. Thank You. God Bless You!
I appreciate you.
Thank you and tell him I said thank you too.
Thank you both 💓
Thanks for keeping this world a safe place

The “They called me and told me it’s my officer down” line gets me every time.
Beth BuckandBangtail yep I couldn’t imagine getting that call

I know your comment is over a year old so I doubt you will see this ....but you need to know that there will always be people that will stand beside y'all. It's easy for people to say stuff like "they signed up for the risk" or "its their job, they aren't doing anything special" but they are wrong. You signed up for a career where you never know if you are making it back to your family at the end of each day.
They don't stop to think about situations where someone that intends to harm an officer makes a false 911 call to set a trap.
"Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God"

Hi
I am from Germany and have no one in the police, armed forces or fire department.
But the song still moves me a lot .
Because, in my opinion, men and women around the world are still not thanked enough for their willingness to make sacrifices without taking their own health or lives into account.
God bless them all.

This song really hit home. My husband was a Military police officer, he not only worked with the military
, but also with the Canadian Border Patrol and local law enforcement. At his funeral, there were miles of lights from patrol cars ( U.S & Canadian), fire trucks and ambulances. To this day ( 20 years later), I still tear up when I hear a 21 gun salute.

How it saddens me that our policemen and women don't receive the honor and appreciation they so richly deserve. What a mess this once proud nation would be in without their dedication to keeping us safe. God bless them and their families.

You men and women stand for all that is beautiful about this country and I salute every last one of you for your service. You are incredible human beings by every sense of the word.

I'm surprised as well, because this song was actually made in tribute to her husband, and everything she says in the song is based on what happened.
Spitfire actually Hannah is his cousin.
I don’t know anybody directly related to this video and even I had a hard time keeping the tears back
me too
I had tears

This Song sent chills down my spine like I haven’t felt before
♥
Just yesterday,
a policeman in my country (Taiwan) sacrificed to protect the people on the train.
I am very sad.
Because my family is also a policeman .
My father has been an Idaho State Trooper for almost 30 years now. I thank God that I've never gotten a call like this. I cant imagine what it must be like to go through this. Thank you to all law enforcement and their families. Amazing song Hannah!
My husband is an officer and I pray to god every night he works he’ll come home
So this song popped up my my recommended page today, March 22, 2021 at around 1pm EST today. Less than 4 hours later, Boulder, CO had a mass shooting, claiming one officer's life. I dont know if this is coincidence, but it hit me even harder when the news broke and looking back.
RIP Officer Eric Talley. We may have one less hero, but you will never be forgotten. o7
I came back here for this exact reason. Thank you for your condolences, from a Coloradan!
I have been a LEO for 21 years and attended several funerals for my brothers/sisters in the blue line (two of which were friends). God bless them and your song. You honor them and all of us. You have a beautiful voice and I'm glad you support us. Back the Badge!!
The pain, of losing a family member, to HEARTLESS people, I know that feeling, My granddad was shot while performing a traffic stop, My dream is to become a Sergeant, Like he was, All Officers who are shot are remembered, and always will be.
so true so true
That call was made twice yesterday in Tulsa, OK. We have two officers fighting for their life right now. Please pray for them and their families.
as a relative of Officer Michael Krol and being in a blue blood family, this is a beautiful tribute to the fallen heroes
Oh my goodness this song🫢
To all the good and kind men and women that protect us thank you dead or alive. Thank you to all the good kind man women.
Thank you

Salute to the fallen officers. They sacrificed themselves to save us. Rest In Peace

RIP Officer Breena Leath of the IMPD. End of Watch April 9, 2020
Rip salute to the blue
I was friends with a police officer who was killed in the line of duty and the line it's my officer down makes me thi k of his wife who was pregnant and she delivered two days after he was killed, so this song is personal not because of my friends who are officers but I have family who are too!
In our crazy world these days, I believe that this song is very appropriate, appreciated, and hopefully, some comfort to the families of fallen officers. My sister had a best friend who's husband who a New Orleans Police Officer a while ago, and I think of him and his family each time I play it. Thank You. God Bless You!
I have family as state police for the state of Michigan. So it fits wonderfully
Hannah Ellis rocked this song!! She did absolutely marvelous! 🖤💙🖤💙 Stay safe my brothers and sisters!
